The customer service here is so good. I wish it was like that everywhere in Overland and Sanianne but I can honestly say if I’m going to get fast food, I’ll always get it from this Dairy Queen location because from the person taking orders and the people handy new food they’re always so nice patient impolite so thank you guys very much.

We ordered two number 5 combos with two small oreo blizzards. Everyone was nice, polite, even was smiling. The atomsphere was absolutely amazing. My husband and I always love coming to this one. This specific location definitely feels more homey and welcoming than any others. Also the food is always fresh and delicious. We love coming here 🥰🥰🥰🥰 keep up the great work you guys.

Dairy Queen at St. Charles Rock road in woodson road is the bomb everybody's always really nice. The owner is excellent. Exceptionally nice. The food is always hot. They're always quick and they're always very nice

Based on my last visit, this visit was great. Our order was taken promptly and all food was correct. It was closing time and we were made to understand to order quickly. Consequently, our order wasn't heard correctly and we over spent.

Always loved DQ since I was child. I rarely visit so it can remain one of my favorite treats. Times have changed as no one greets. The wait wasn't exceedingly long but noticeable. I am patient. I gladly waited for my order. I prefer fresh and hot. I do give them props for that part!! And I appreciated the lead/manager?? personally bringing my order.
