The staff was awesome! The food is great. Now the building however need some serious maintenance up to replace a broken window clean up around the place. (Update this place is great! The management responded very fast. I felt like my opinion mattered and my concerns were looked after.)

Service was decent. Crew was efficient and demonstrated sense of purposeful work ethic. Two big beuforts (one was no-sauce) and a loaded-fries. Special order was right the first time. Food quality good, fries fresh, and soda of decent flavor. Ultimately flawless experience! Five stars decently deserved. Thank you Rally's team (especially keeping the mayo off my sandwich!). I ordered 2 fish sandwiches. Ghey were hot crispy and it had fresh lettuce tomatoes and mayo. The food was great. And I tipped the young lady 5 dollars for respectful service. Only thing she didn't say thank u. U don't hear that much from young people

This location of course is not in a good area but I've never encountered bad service here. I order through the app always to skip the line and my food is always ready as scheduled or no longer than 5 minutes past the time.

Unfortunately a lot of fast food places in the city and north county leave a lot to be desired in regards to customer service, quality and basic functionality. Pleasantly this location at Natural Bridge & Kingshighway has consistently worked against that unfortunate reality. The staff is fast and competent. Which is a great change.

Since St Louis is the closest Rally's to us (we live an hour and a half away), we always stop by when in-town!! My family likes this one particularly, because the ladies are always so nice! They are fast, friendly and the ONLY fast food place to get our order 100%
(There are six of us, and my son has problems with certain foods)
Plus Rally's fries are the best fries ever!!!
