Taco Bell

If I could give a zero I would. I went to Taco Bell’s drive thru and was told they only accept door dash and Mobile orders. They literally would not take my order in the drive thru. I’m not sure if this is just this location or it’s happening at other locations, but they are gonna lose a lot of business. Especially since the guy was so rude and unhelpful. Maybe treating people with a little respect and explanation on what to do with some kindness would be helpful.

9:34pm and this taco bell isn't taking any orders right now. No explaination given other than, "That's right. We ain't takin no orders right now." I've got a sick child in the Hospital unable to eat and the poor dude just wants a Baja Blast so this was the second location we drove to tonight. The first stop on Gravious Ave the man was polite, they were just out of Baja blast. Come over to this one and It's all lit up like a Christmas 🎄 costing the owner some $ for sure but they are just flat refusing orders. I was quite surprised by this as I had just read an online review from three months ago were those people had been told the same. Because of the review I attempted to call the location first but of course if they are not choosing to work I guess the strike includes refusing to answer the phone. Where are the franchise owners I know y'all know gas is too pricey to have your customers still thinking this place is worth the drive? You might wanna mystery shop this spot or close it down and save yourself the cost & us the headache.

Went here lastnight at 11pm and was told they are only accepting doordash orders. Why would a drive thru restaurant that is open till 2 AM not accept orders at the drive thru? Ill avoid this location in the future. mIght even look up the owner and avoid all other owned locations too just because im fat and petty.

DO NOT GO HERE. They refuse to take orders except through the app but when I did that they gave my order away to someone else and REFUSED to refill it. Then they refused to refund me or tell me how to get a refund bc AND I QUOTE, I “had an attitude,” when they refused to make the food I paid for or give me my money back. They admitted they made my order and gave it away to someone else and then refused to rectify the situation in any way. They were very rude and clearly incompetent. Horrible customer service and badly trained employees. To refuse to help a customer get their money back over THEIR error and then tell me I had an attitude bc they refused to help me either get my food or my money back is just beyond.
