Personally I’ve only had great experiences there’s going occasionally as a student from the neighboring high school taking a break from cafeteria food. I’ve only ever met one employee in my visits and they are very efficient in their work (white tallish dark curly hair if that helps him any bit). Good range of options for a smaller subway.

Decided to try placing my sandwich order online. Associate was busy with other customers when I walked in but she greeted me politely and while preparing another order inquired about mine. I told her I'd placed it online and she replied it was wrapped and ready to go at the register. Signed the receipt and out the door in less than 5 minutes. The only hiccup was using a giftcard for online payment but the store service and sandwich quality was EXCELLENT! Intend making this location my number 1 neighborhood go to.
