Happy Time Ice Cream Trucks

Cool Times was a great choice for a party of our size. We had about 28 kiddos and came in just under the minimum amount. They were easy to work with and easy to book. They returned my call the same day unlike other vendors. The truck was on time to the park our party was at. The gentleman was appropriately dressed in a company logo polo. They even were able to supply me with an Food Allergy List which I printed out for the rest of the parents. We had some peanut kiddos. Overall very pleased

Excellent from start to finish; a great little family run business! We booked Cool Times very last minute for a work event and they were a dream to work with. I had a phone call back from my online inquiry by the end of that same day, everyone was pleasant, informative and so polite. Specifically, I believe we worked with Elizabeth and Barbara. The booking process was so simple, and the payment options were even simpler which is great for a large organization like ours! The driver showed up a few minutes early to get set-up, called when he arrived and was so nice to us and our colleagues which made their experience a great one (we did not get his name but he was wonderful!). We will definitely be keeping Cool Times in mind for Housekeeping Week again next year! Thank you all so much for making our colleagues' day; you all are a rare gem this day in age!

We had such a great experience with Cool Times! They were so easy to work with and schedule, plus our employees loved having an ice cream day at work! They were able to dispatch multiple trucks to come to all 6 of our offices around the same time so that we could have the experience together as a company. They even played the nostalgic music from the trucks, although they can play whatever you request. Highly recommend this as a nice stress break for your staff!

Cool Times makes it so easy to plan an event! This is the second time we have scheduled a truck for our annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. Justin, the driver, was responsive and courteous. He arrived early and texted me that he had arrived. He was friendly with everyone. Elizabeth in the office answered all of my questions and gave me different options to fit within our budget. We will be ordering again!

Great service. Easy to schedule. Professional and Courteous. We decided to schedule Cool Times Ice Cream as a treat for our employees. I found them through a search on the internet, put in a request with date and time, and that was it. I got a confirmation call and email, they went over the price and procedure and we were set. They showed up 10 minutes early of our appointment and set up. All my employees lined up and got their treat and then I closed it out with a card transaction. And since I did not met the minimum after everyone went through, they packaged up the remainder for me to take with me. Very easy and it was a great "Cool Time" for our employees. I will use them again!

We had Cool Times come to our summer camp and the kids absolutely LOVED the experience! They have wonderful customer service, they are so friendly and the whole process from booking to ice cream day was very smooth! They accommodated our 60 children and made their day! We loved them so much we already booked 3 more days over the summer for them to come back to camp. Thanks, Cool Times!
