This is definitely a carry out/delivery place; for a sit-down experience, you'll want to go elsewhere. The restaurant itself is a very unassuming hole in the wall but the food, in our experience, is excellent. The pizza is among our favorites locally—not too much crust and quality toppings. The various sandwiches are quite tasty as well. My "service" rating is based entirely on our carry out/delivery experience; no idea what it would be like if you ate there.

Loved this place. Tried it on a lark since we try to do most of our dinners out at a local not corporate place. Great pizza, great prices, the decor was just a regular pizza walk in place which is perfectly ok as I will never eat there only have take out or delivery like most of their clientele. We have also tried other things on the menu then pizza and love everything,especially the stuffed breads. Wonderful!

I ordered the fried shrimp and the milano special pizza. While the order came very quickly which they also communicated when the delivery guy was close the quality was sub par. The shrimp was more breading than the tiny dirty shrimp it covered. While the breading itself held some flavor/taste I wasn't expecting to find such tiny shrimp, tiny piece of shrimp tail beaded and fried and unleaded shrimp which is really shrimp poop if you didn't know. I only ate the small portion (not worth what I paid) because 1. I love shrimp and 2. I was hungry. The pizza was meh, a bit too doughy and not much flavor but it was edible and better in taste compared to the shrimp. If I come back to this area, I won't give this place another chance. Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut are garunteed better by reputation because you know what to expect.

Really???. Not happy at all. It took 20 to just order then over an hour later a delivery driver showed up at a neighbors house who happened to order as well. That neighbor had been waiting over 2 and a half hours for their salad and bread sticks. We asked if our food was in the car and the girl had serious attitude and made snide remarks, and why you need two delivery drivers in the same car is beyond me. We had been waiting over an hour for wings and a salad. Not worth the attitude and wait times for some wings. Sorry Pizza Milano you are no longer getting our business or our neighbors. We try to support small local business but when your customer service is bad it makes it hard to validate spending money with you. Local business is supported by the community I suggest you look at who is representing your company.

One Price Online, One Price when you call. I've ordered pizza here before, it was mediocre, but they are just a few blocks away so I went online to order tonight. Entered my order then get a message that their website ordering is down. I called to order and the price went from $12.09 to almost $16. <br/>Talked to the owner and he said to go ahead and order elsewhere. Overpriced and they don't care about customers. Good luck in your next business, you won't be around long.

HORRIBLE!. The very first time I decided to order food from here, it was great! Well things have changed. Today was my final time ordering food from this place. Today was not my only bad experience. I had a second experience ordering, which was completely horrific and scary because I ordered pizza and it had a bug in it! Ewww! I called it in and complained and refused to eat there for awhile. I finally became brave enough to order food from this place again. Now, I see where I made my mistake! I don't know if they have new employees cooking or what, but I wouldn't recommend eating here! I ordered a gyro, fries, and chicken wings today. The gyro's flatbread was hard as rocks and there was barely any feta cheese in it. The fries tasted as if they had been left out for a while because they were extremely soggy. Then the chicken wings tasted really old. Whoever made this food sucks at their job...they put no soul into the process of making a delicious meal. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best, I would give this place a -1! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Always been satisfied!. My kids and I have been patronizing Pizza Milano for a year or more. It is my kids pizza of choice. Pizza, wings, and house rolls are awesome.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is excellent, the people who work at Pizza Milano are friendly and treat their customers like they are the most important people in the world. If someone complains about the price, I chuckle and say well they have not had the food. The reality is for the quality and quantity...and I do mean quantity of the food and the amazing customer service I would have to say that one gets a real bargain. This is the place to be in South City for real great food.

Pizza and Wings. Just tried Pizza Milano for the first time last week. The delivery was fast the pizza is in my top 5 for STL and the wings with the wing dust was awesome! I also think that they are very reasonable with their prices and they have great coupons!!

Awesome!. PM's marketing department strayed a little off course into Soulard. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Finally a place other than Joanies to Go, that actually has real Tiramisu, real Gyro's, real Calzones, and real wings. Their pizzas are awesome as well. Ok so we ordered one of everything to try them out. WINNING!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I've ordered twice from here. First time my order never came after a 2 hour wait. Just ordered tonight, Veggie Philly, Buffalo Fries (sauce on the side) and app. shrimp. I rec'd a Philly Cheesesteak, Buffalo Fries drenched in sauce, and my app. shrimp. I called and it took another hour to get my Veggie Philly. Will NEVER use their services again. And will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Cheap, fast, pizza on demand. Good - not the best place in the world, but friendly service, supports your local businesses, and it's cheap and fast! I would not recommend anything besides pizza, but it's comparable to whatever version of New York style pizza us St. Louisans are used to (racanellis)

Just OK. Tonight was the fourth time we have ordered food from Pizza Milano. In the past we have enjoyed their pizza but I have to say everything else is rather disappointing. The marinara and Alfredo sauces are bland and the ravioli was over cooked. The service isn't horrible but it is certainly not friendly. I'll return for their over sized pizza but I will never order anything else again.
