Didn't deliver my order paid $5 extra for a delivery tip went to the store to pick up my pizza it was closed. I had to wait 2 days to get someone to answer the phone after several calls and a email to corporate(NO REPLY). I finally spoke with a nice young woman who stated she would leave a note on the managers computer I made it clear since I already paid for my pizza I either wanted a pizza or a refund I still had to reach out to the manager who act like she was doing me a favor stating that it appears my pizza was delivered (IT WASN'T) I went across town to pick up my pizza because I don't live nearby and it was poorly made no extra effort thrown together the crust ring was wider than normal and it barely had toppings never ever again will I patronize this location EVER!!!

Never ever ordering again. I gave this store multiple chances thinking maybe it was a one time thing but oh no....the pizza is not up to par it is dry. It just taste like all dough. I even asked for extra sauce and they definitely did not put extra sauce on it...the pizza slices were floppy. It was horrible. I was TOTALLY unsatisfied. I ordered for delivery. On the app, it asked if you want text message updates about your order, I selected yes....so the whole time I'm in the house constantly checking email and text messages for a text message for either the driver is on the way or even that the food had been delivered, about an hour and 45 minutes go past, no alert on phone so something tell me to just check outside and the food was on the porch. It was cold. I was so upset. I was right in the living room so there wasn't a knock nor an alert on my phone for the non contact delivery...nothing! Then to tip 10 dollars when they down the street (yes I was too lazy to go get food after a long day of work and body aches)...everything just horrible! From the service to the food...never again! I will never recommmend. One thing I can say the Papa Johns in downtown Saint Louis taste nothing like this....theirs is way better....the downtown location is great but not this Ferguson location

Made my order about 10:55PM. The store closes at midnight and it’s a Sunday night. I expected the order to take a while. I called the store to confirm my order was still coming at 12:10 because I knew the store was closed at that point. I was assured the driver was out on the road with my food. After another hour wait and 8 more calls to the store (all unanswered) I gave up and went to bed. No food. No answer as to why. Absolutely ridiculous.

JUNE 28 11:37 pm CST My first and last experience. I placed an online order for pickup. Due to a car breakdown I was unable to make it. I called and called and called REPEATEDLY to cancel, or see how to get delivery. BECAUSE MY ONLINE ORDER WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. I never, I repeat, NEVER reached an IN STORE employee. I was directed to a foreign person who wasn't even in store! This person kept saying 'I will connect you to the front desk of the store'. Phone rings 7 - 10 times, then disconnets. 24 + calls to the store and no response. This is ridiculous. At the time of this rating, no resolution.

I was in the area for a few days for work and ordered twice from this papa John's. I Placed a pick up order first time and order was quick and pizza was great. Now my 2nd order was for delivery to the hotel I was staying at and this experience was not even close to as good as my first. I was told 45 to 55 minutes for delivery when I placed my order. 1 hour 15 minutes later, no pizza yet, so I placed a call to the store to check on it. After 3x attempts to contact someone and being disconnected each time I tried again this time pressing the prompt to place a new order. Call was immediately answered and I was told he would transfer me to a manager. Again rang about 5 times and disconnected me. Now at this point being 90 minutes since I initially placed my order I was not only hungry, frustrated, and frankly getting angry but also getting concerned that any other restaurant would be closing or closed already in case I needed to find food elsewhere. So I called one last time and again transferred to Manager who actually answered and stated the driver had my order and would be there shortly. Exactly 2 hours 6 minutes from my ordering the pizza, mind you this was on a Tuesday evening, not a busy weekend or anything, the driver shows up with my order. I imagine the pizza would have been delicious if it hadnt been cold as ice. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if I had been at my home with an oven to warm it up but being at a hotel with nothing but a mini microwave to cool anything and no dishes to warm it up on, I reverted to my college days and had cold pizza for dinner. Considering my hotel was 1.4 miles from the store you'd think my pizza would have at least been Luke warm. Maybe I had a bad experience but 50% from what I understand is still considered a failing grade even with today's new math. Just a review about my personal experiences so take it how you like just thought I'd give you my perspective on Fergusons Papa John's. 3 stars was for my experience the first time when I picked it up and honestly that's being generous being how awful the 2nd time went.

We ordered food late after a long day of moving. Waited two hours and the food never came. We ended up sending the people helping us hoke without the food we'd promised and we spent our first night in our new home going to bed hungry. Thanks Papa John's.
