White Castle

Recently visited here during a visit to St. Louis. The lady that served me was very friendly and on top of things. I ordered a number 1 (4 sliders) and a new French toast breakfast slider. The food was fresh, had that signature White Castle smell, and was delicious! I did order my sliders with cheese and no pickle, but I think there was some issues with the ordering system in the drive through because my sliders came out with pickle and no cheese. So I don't know if that was on her end or the technology. Even with those little issues, the taste and freshness of the food is all that I cared about. I had never been to this location and had not had White Castle in over a year, and this definitely scratched the itch for me. The food really was great and fresh!

White Castle has always been a favorite of mine ever since I was young the food is well usually the same all the way around just the last time I went to this one the burgers were not quite together right but that is a common mistake it happens other than that the employees were nice the atmosphere was nice I still make a note to go get a Crave Case every now and then.

I placed a mobile order thinking that would speed up the process of how long I was going to have to wait for my food, however that did not help at all. But door to the lobby was locked so I had to go wait in the Drive-Thru Lane as curbside was not an option. Once I was at the speaker I was placed on a approximately 9:00 to 11 minute hold. Which would have worked out great as far as estimated pick up time availability which I had selected ASAP. However I ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes and drive through to pick up a mobile order that was twice ahead of time no cars were being pulled to the third window to wait on food or into a parking spot. The crew was extremely nice and polite service just was very slow and disappointing
