Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I'm going to be honest about this experience because that's just what I do. The lady who took my order whom I know was a manager had just taken over for her shift I'm assuming based on the way that she was giving directions and what I can tell you as a customer is that whoever was on the previous shift apparently did not do their job according to her. Because apparently her crew had to make up for what had not been done. Did this deter her from taking my order and making sure that it was perfect? Absolutely not! Like a true boss, she motivated her employees to get the job done while taking orders, making orders, helping with drive-thru... I mean I watch this lady do-it-all! Even though the restaurant was a dirty mess, I dined in .. and while I was eating she did send an employee to start cleaning up the lobby which was in shambles. This manager was doing her thing and making sure her team was held accountable for doing theirs.

Came to pick up a couple orders and lemme just say I ABSOLUTELY love the teamwork demonstrated everytime I come here and even when there's a super long line in the lobby and/or drive thru they're still upbeat!! Now, the atmosphere has 2stars simply bc the soda machine is never fully functional, they're always out of items and there is NO Ventilation AT ALL! The workers and even ppl who opt to eat in get smoked out and all they have for them are a couple fans and the breeze from drive thru...they were wiping sweat from her forehead smmfh-but I did try those strawberry biscuits and bruhhhhhh
