Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to Popeyes and I can tell you it was much better than any other Popeyes location I've been to and also the staff was very kind there was a wait but that's to be expected at Popeyes it's not like it's fast food and there was this worker named addington and he was very kind also I got to speak with some of the managers like Samantha and Jenny also jai and I just wanna say if you are ever in the area I highly advise you to check out this great location ☺️

Best Popeyes I have been to in the St. Louis/ Illinois area. Customer service here is outstanding! They are always friendly and attentive. They are quick and food is always hot. They have never got my order wrong either. I stay 20 minutes away, and there is another Popeyes closer but I always come to this one!

Employees were courteous. The food was good. The biscuits were some of the best I've had from Popeyes. I would eat here again. We had a late lunch, and as I was inside ordering my food I heard the lady telling those attempting to use the drive through to come in and order. Apparently that day the daytime shift was under-staffed and everyone needed to come inside. This was around 3:30pm to 4:30 pm. After we ate and as we were leaving I noticed several more employees had showed up. I noticed this and was informed the dinner shift is staffed better than the day shift. We ordered a twelve piece Louisiana spicey chicken strip meal with sides. It was good!

Despite negative reviews my experience was great. SAT 4/29 I ordered food via app ( not my typical) and called ahead to make sure my food would be fresh. When I got there, Food had come out fresh and on time. The black chick* ( I said it) who helped me was dope. She was outgoing, helpful, and obliging. The place has stepped up its game.
