I was treated very poorly in this store. I ordered curbside pickup because i was not feeling well and didn’t not want to enter the store out of concern for the employees and other customers. I was ignored for 15 minutes after getting to the store despite the “2 minute curbside guarantee ” the employees hit that they were coming out to the car within 30 seconds so I was left hanging and barred from the free pizza if it takes more than 2 minutes. Then I tried to call and was hung up on by the employees. Then when I entered the store to get my order I was not treated with any sense of urgency and was not apologized to at all. They didn’t even have my order ready and I had to wait another 5 minutes. Then when I got home I found the bread twists were raw (pictures). Actually all of the food was barely cooked. I called the store and spoke to Manager DJ who told me I had to bring the food back in and I could not receive a refund for my order. I would never recommend anyone order from this location again and if it truly is Dominos policy to not give refunds then I will never order from Dominos again and actively encourage everyone I know to not order Dominos again. **While I was there I also watched a pizza fall off the oven conveyor face down onto the floor, then an employee pick it up and put it into a box ready to give to a customer**

I'm giving them 1 start because 0 isn't an option. I would seriously discourage you from trusting this Domino's location. We ordered some pizzas and other items for delivery. We were told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. In 40 minutes, the app showed our pizza was prepared and "in quality control." An hour and 15 minutes after we ordered, we called to check on what was going on. We were told that they were really busy and that our pizza would be the next to be delivered. 90 minutes after ordering, our pizza left the store (we live a mile and a half away). The pizza arrived just under 2 hours after we ordered! I have no clue why it took 30 minutes to go a mile and a half! The food was cold and almost inedible. We contacted the manager to complain and were told that there's absolutely nothing they can do-they're short-staffed. No excuses for this service or the quality of food we were served!

One star. This place deserves a 0! I ordered a large pizza a few weeks ago for delivery. Pepperoni and double sausage. It showed up with no sausage at all. Last night I ordered delivery. Large with Pepperoni, bacon,hamburger,double sausage, double Pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives,green peppers,and onions. It showed up with no pepperoni. No bacon. No ground beef. Just veggies and about 7 pieces of sausage. Called them. Then the girl told me to bring it back and they'll make a new one. I'm like. I paid for delivery!!!! She insisted on me bringing it back. I just hung up. Never again! Not even a free pizza offer could get me. TERRIBLE!!

After waiting an hour and a half for my order to get delivered, most of our order was missing, we got none of the $8 worth of drinks, the pizza was COLD, and they dumped some kind of sauce that we did NOT ask for all over the pizza.
This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I've actually been on a vibe with Domino's for over a year now and I've been happy. Great deals, fast service, good food. There are issues sometimes but overall it was good. The south grand location will never get my business again tho. I ordered a pizza because we were getting home late and needed a quick dinner. 3 hours and 3 incorrect pizzas later my kids are going to bed after eating cereal because they never got the pizza right. I'm livid I call the "manager" back who lied and said he was finally bringing the correct pizza back. He cursed out his staff in my ear, complained about being so busy he forgot and said he would cancel my order so I was not charged. That was a lie as well as I was ultimately charged for pizza that we never ate because the 3 pizzas we received were inedible by us. They also looked disgusting. I'm saddened by this as Domino's was my go to anytime easy affordable meal, but I can't handle bad customer service and I don't like giving my money away and getting no return. I feel confident that the BBB will get my refund.

I ordered delivery between 8 and 9pm on Saturday July 10th. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, 8 wings, and a 2 liter Sprite. It cost $33 without the tip. The pizza as always was very average at best. The chicken wings were actually pretty good. And like always they didn't bring the 2 liter bottle of Sprite. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I will say that I called them, since I was frustrated being it was the third time this has happened, and wasn't happy about being shorted yet again. They did immediately bring me 4 20oz bottles of Sprite to make up for the missing 2 liter. For the price and the very average taste of the pizza I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. It's way too expensive to be getting my order wrong on numerous occasions.

I wish 0 stars were an option. Worst problem I’ve ever had with a domino’s. I ordered a delivery yesterday and I got the wrong order. I told Jon my delivery man and he said take it up with the store. I called the store which Jon’s son answered. ( I know this because he literally told me it was his dad) but he told me it would be 30 minutes before they could get it to me. This was fine even though I already waited over an hour. So time goes by nothing.. okay tried calling no one will pick up. Tries talking to the people that take the orders see if they could get me through no luck. So now 24 hours in still no pizza and lost $20 bucks hopefully headquarters will help more than this store did. I’m not trying to throw Jon or his son under the bus but the least they could’ve done was give me my money back instead of dodging the problem. Also I’d love my 4 dollar tip back considering all this.

Worst experience I've ever had with Domino's. A month ago, my pizza arrived over an hour after i ordered. It was damaged in the box. I received a 50% coupon. Tonight, I used the coupon. But after an hour and a half, the app said "order complete," and yet, I had no pizza.
I spent 20 minutes waiting for the store to answer the phone; they never did. A driver finally calls and says he's in front of my apartment. I step outside; no driver.
He asks if i even still want the pizza. Yes I still want my pizza! He sighs, and says, "I'll be there in a minute," and hangs up. I give him a few, he doesn't show up, I called him back and canceled.
Screw this Domino's. Never again. I'll just go pick up from Pizza Hut.
