Food was fine. As expected from McDonald’s which is not to be understated. Reliability is great! Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Apparently though asking for a cup of water is now the same as buying a soft drink. Still chose water but that’s a drag.
It's great Monday through Friday, the woman in the drive through is polite and the food is good or they will fix it for you if it is wrong. McDonald's is my place to go for French Fries & a Orange HI-C & they don't know how happy they have made me by offering a Basket of Fries on the menu. Probably the best McDonalds in the St. Louis area. Great service, always very clean, and food is consistently hot and fresh.
While there was a mix-up, the customer service was great. Everyone there was kind and treated everyone with dignity and respect, while they worked hard to fix the mistake.
The manager here is awesome. Really gives you restaurant quality service for a McDonald's. Hats off to him.
