Love this Steak n Shake. Food is always fresh and hot. The employees are generally really nice and seem to care about serving a quality product. Best Steak n Shake in town.

This Steak and Shake was self serve. You order from a kiosk. They then called you number when your meal was complete. The burgers were very good. The amount of fries were plentiful, but the fries were thinly sliced. I like my fries thicker. The price was good.

This place is so nice. They have the machines where you place your own order. They get crowded in the evenings but, its because they have great burgers and such. The cashier is amazing and very responsive to your needs and your order.

Customer care and service is on point. It's great to see employees that care about safety and the customer experience, along with ensuring that all customers respect each other.

This place was very busy with a church convention in town, which is the largest convention possibly in the world. But these workers and the cook did amazing. We had to wait a little, but when we got our food it was piping hot and burgers were put together well. I was expecting under par at best, but it all was delicious! Kudos to these workers from a pleased family from Texas!!

It is one of the best fast food chains in the states. Always a good go too, if you've got the choice. McDonald's can't shake a stick at Steak n Shakes burgers.

It's pretty cool to go to a place that you can sit down and eat your food. It's been a long time since we've been able to do this. And actually get to enjoy it, not grab it and take it home and stuff. It makes a difference when you can eat it at a restaurant, nice and hot.
