Jack In The Box

Just a heads up. I have experienced on two occasions(7:30pm and 6:30pm) where this location starts closing down before their closing time which is 8pm. So, waiting in drive thru and then hearing that news was frustrating. Other than that, I am usually pleased with this location and the food that I receive.

Went in about 2:30 on a Saturday. Placed our order and had a seat to wait. It was very slow in the dining room so there wasn't anyone coming in the restaurant. The drive through seemed very busy and the staff seemed to be a little flustered by that. After about 25 minutes I went back to the counter to see if they had forgotten about my order. Apparently they made the food but I guess they gave it to a driver through customer instead of me. The woman apologized, remade the order and refunded my money. We're all human and mistakes happen. I guess she did her best to make up for it.

They didn't give me enough buttermilk ranch you gotta pay for it. I ordered 6 monster tacos a 7 piece jalepeno popper. One of the poppers was completely empty, a shell and they didn't give me one to replace it, it was part of the 7. I didn't complain so I guess this ones on me. Oh and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. All the food tasted good and service was excellent.

11:30pm on September 14, 2018 The two workers were amazing as they took care of the entire drive thru orders. They were polite and professional as they dealt with a large drive thru crowd. It’s a shame that they have to work under these conditions of low staffing as the owners obviously could care less about how long the customer has to wait for their food. This is absolutely NO reflection on the workers, as they were doing the best that they could under these circumstances. As Jack says, “They we’re working their bowls off!”😂
