Despite everything going on and around at this time, the employees at BK in Richmond heights as well as all over it seems are doing what they can to keep up the awesome service and being the best at what they do. They are kind and careful. Polite and hardworking while having to remain what seems so far away from the patrons which they serve. Hats off and a thousand thank yous to them all for continuing the good fight against illness while feeding their community;-)

I'm not sure if they have an entirely different crew since covid but it has changed for the better. The woman running drivethu even took the time to wipe my drink down before handing it to me. There was a little wait but the order was spot on both times in past two weeks...well worth the wait

Their food is decent compared to others, and it's cooked when you order it. There's a play area for the kids to burn off some extra energy while you wait on your food or sit back and relax. It's always clean and never crowded.

Whenever I am weak or maybe I should say defiant and I want to violate my diet, a Double Whopper always seems to hit the spot. I always enjoy my experience at this location. Staff is always friendly and drive-through or walk in always seems to be really fast. Will definitely visit again

Wait staff is usually very easy to interact with. You can always tell they are trying to keep the restaurant clean for new customers. I always use a coupon from their mobile app when I go here and it's hassle free most of the time.
