I haven't been here in almost 20 years. I e once lived in the area and frequently went to this place because of the great food they served. I recently visited and was shocked that they still have the same great tasting food!! I was taken back to the past. And they are still busy with customers, as they were before, if not busier. If you go here for the first time, you will definitely return. Thank you A1 Wok for keeping it original after all these years.

There was a period of time when the food was tasteless. Well they fixed that and make some of the best rice in the area.

-The food tastes good 👍 .3 wings for $6 - service is normal -politeness is good -they charge a dollar for chopsticks 🥢 -they can be a bit expensive

I've eaten here twice, it was rcmmded by a friend whose a foodie like myself, and it was really worth the exprnc...had the fried chckn wings (🔥), the egg rolls (lrg, hot, crispy, and stuffed) and a 1/2 order of Special 'B' fried rice (rice fluffy, a little greasy, very fresh filled w/ chckn, beef, shrimp, onions & bean sprouts) Dfnt future visits, may become my go-to rice house...strongly rcmmd.

I gave them a 5 star for the food, but the phone customer service from one of the cooks was rude. I was able to place an order on the phone, but when I asked how much is it so that I would bring enough money, he got angry and told me that he does not give prices on the phone. Moreover, he told me I had to order in the restaurant, pay for the food, and then he will cook it and then he hung up the phone. When I called back to get an understanding of what just happened, the person accused me of asking over and over how much and that was not true; I only asked him once, and he refused to honor my order on the phone. I only continued with buying food from them because I promised my co-worker I would treat her to lunch from A-1 Wok because she likes their chinese food and it was her birthday. They are also more expensive than other chinese restaurants whose food is just as good if not better. Thank you.
