Edit 1: been going here for years pizza is better than ever lately. Keep it up! The thin crust pizza at papa john's is so good if you like thin crust give it a try. I prefer it with extra sauce and well done.

In my experience, Papa John's has mostly been a great place to get delivery from. But the key word is MOSTLY, as in most of the time. I ordered an extra large The Works pizza for delivery. The order taker was polite and attentive and they had some 20% off special going I wasn’t aware of. Delivery was almost to the minute of the time frame I was given. The delivery driver was courteous and the pizza was hot. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
