Stars went down today, parking lot trash cans overflowing onto ground. Fries all over the floor in kitchen area, should have been cleaned up when the fries were dropped when filling the dry hopper, and 10 minutes wait for food when lobby was empty, it was at least hot. Not to happy about today I expected a little more from this location

If people are worried about poor service, is because like many other places, this restaurant is short staffed. MetroBus route number 9 may be the ticket to get this place more good employees and managers. MetroBus route number 9 is the Oakville bus. The area used to be served by MetroBus route 17 which was the Oakville. It is great to know that there is service provided by a public bus for those who are touring St. Louis County.

Did was good and arrived very quickly. They really should keep someone at the front register in case someone comes in and doesn't feel comfortable using the kiosk or their phone to order.

Great breakfast (biscuit and gravy). Friendly staff. Had to search around for a clean table, however. Not a problem when super busy, but that was not the base. Will try again soon.

Was at this location on Sunday June 28th. I pulled into the drive thru at 3:56am. I ordered a breakfast meal #4 and asked for extra bacon. Paid for my meal and got to the window. I was told by a young black man it was going to be a few minutes. I told him that was fine. I figured that it would mean that my food would HOT and FRESH. Fast forward 20 minutes LATER (and you can watch the drive thru security camera). I watched as the manager on due was filling the ice tea pitcher without her SHOES on! (which is a HUGE health code violation!) She spilled the bucket of tea on the counter and floor. The window was open and she laughed out loud stating how she was glad she had NO shoes on!
When I FINALLY got my food, drove home and sat down to eat. My sandwich was HARD as a rock. They microwaved the biscuit WAY too long. It was so HARD that I could not eat the biscuit. What is the whole point of ordering a sandwich if I end up having to eat it with a knife and fork!
This is NOT the first time I've had issues with this location. Any time I order a custom order with no tomato or mustard I have to check the order before I even leave the parking lot because this store does not seem to want to get the orders correct.
One time I ordered a double cheeseburger without mustard. Only to get home to find JALAPENOS on my sandwich (which I thought was pickles when I checked the bag before leaving the drive thru). I wen
t back up there and the one of the cooks said it was for an employees meal that got sent out the drive thru. I got no apology or anything.
I understand it is difficult to find good employees. BUT to keep a customer coming back and loyal you need to keep your customer service at least acceptable. And since I've been going to this location, I would say 75% of the orders have been incorrect!

Not happy with the service. Worst one yet. Sweet tea stinks - poor customer service. Orders are never correct. Have to repeat myself many many times when ordering. Cold biscuit and bacon was way overdone!!

Ordered a lg. Decaf, sign reads $1 all drinks, at window charged $1.71 with taxes. I told the worker and he asked manager said price went up. But, sign stated$1. I called when I got home, asked price she said $1.71 with tax. Not what your sign states. I told her I should of received it for $1. Her reply were going now to change the sign. Poor customer service !! Especially when other McDonalds still charge $1 for any size drink

I gave this place five stars not because the overall restaurant itself but for one particular employee who is amazing. I have went to this McDonald's two nights in a row and have had the same young man help me who is the friendliest most happiest guy I have ever met. His name is Jonathan Mueller and this guy definitely needs to be moved up in the ranks at this particular store. He is always friendly and at the end while handing you his bag he sings the McDonald's theme song and just brightens up your day. I used to work for this particular store back in the day and I understand how tough The Late Shift is but this guy really makes it a fun experience! Yet again please acknowledge your employee Jonathan Mueller for his excellent customer service
