Rally's

Burger/Chicken in a bun goodness at the right price! This review is to help you understand why this is the one to go to. If you are traveling through St. Louis, or a local that would like the best possible service; this is 1 of 2 excellent (Rally's) restaurants in the city. This one is near Lambert Airport, and the service is usually good here. **Note It might be a good idea to order ahead on the telephone or computer app; because there is a separate lane for customers that order online/or for delivery through 3rd party. It makes the process easier on busy nights (Friday, Saturday, etc) The meals and sandwiches and fries are very fresh here, and I drive the full 9.9 miles out of the city to go here. **I Only had one bad order** The management helped me with one order that was not right, (received wrong sandwiches) They corrected it and they were very polite. I really like the employees and the management has trained the crew well. I believe you will have a good expierience here, with food that is prepared well, and the customer service is good. Unlike the other restaurants around natural bridge rd. area -- the daytime service and the night time service at this Rally's is consistently (always) good. Some restaurants in Saint Louis, have terrible night-time crews. That means food and orders are in correct, not fresh, and it takes longer to get your order than a coat of paint to dry. This is not one of those places. They dont always have fast service (during a rush and during 10PM or 12am busy times, but the food quality is always good here. I want to give a big THANK YOU to the employees who are under appreciated; yet make so many great 5/5 meals happen here. TY. :D

Drive thru was fast service was great here although my cheeseburger was thrown together kinda sloppy the food was hot and tasted good .the exterior of the building is up to date and parking lot is kept very clean ..there even was some nice landscaping throughout the property of this restaurant I would have gave 5 stars but there is always room for improvement great job rally's extra kudos on the cold drink too..keep up the hard work
