Pizza Hut

I am a DoorDasher and quite often I will receive orders that are filled by the restaurant but by the time I get to the restaurant they are closed and they will not give me the order. It’s extremely annoying that DoorDash even allows this - DoorDash knows my exact location at all times so it has to know how long it will take me to get there and it even said that I would arrive by 11:05 on Google Maps and that my allotted time to be there was no later than 11:15 but they closed at 11! This is no fault of Pizza Hut but I tried calling Pizza Hut through DoorDash to let them know I was almost there and to please let me get the order but it just goes to a 855 number and not the store itself. I told the woman from Pizza Hut customer service that my DoorDash GPS flashed a notification to inform me that Pizza Hut MIGHT be closed by the time I arrive, she looked up the location I was going to and said they did close at 11. Granted it did say they close at midnight on their doors and it was 11:05 PM when I arrived. After banging on the glass window like a crazy person, a man came from the back with a smile on his face after I obnoxiously knocked like that?! That man was Don and he was extremely kind and had the order right there ready to go and brought it to the door for me. Now the customer gets to have their pizza, I don’t lose my good rating on DoorDash - everyone’s happy thanks to Don. Keep hiring kind people like Don and your ratings will go up for sure! Thanks again for saving the night Don!

This location consistently provides the best Pizza Hut products, period. Usually get a pizza and sometimes either a 2nd pizza or boneless wings. Everything is always very fresh and tasty. We usually get delivery and recently it's been really quick and the food is extremely hot and fresh - we do live ~7 minute drive from the store. The wings we got tonight were the best ever and they were crispy, saucy and tender. I will also say this and intend it as a compliment - a while back, delivery drivers for the store were in short supply. A delivery order was taking a little longer than usual. I called to check on the order. Manager politely explained that delivery would be extended delay and invited me to pick up order and provided adequate consideration (refund of delivery fees, etc.). This Pizza Hut restaurant "gets it" and provides great food and service!

Jennifer at Pizza Hut at W Oak Square Spg Ctr, 11451 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO is an amazing generous lady. They don't normally deliver beyond the entrance to the hospital but my son is in the burn unit in isolation for the last 2 months and she went out of her way to get the pizza delivered to his nurses and covered the cost when I was about to cancel the order. She is a hero. Stop in and order if you're in the area and give her a high five.

A very solid pizza hut, especially considering the alternative locations nearby. More often than I'd like I'll have small mistake like the pizza will have light sauce when it wasn't supposed to or the crust is burnt. But that's once in a blue moon, I think this is a great location and the staff is always quick to correct any issue and serve you as fast as possible.
