Day service has been excellent but overnight has been ridiculous at times.i pulled in drive thru at night & literally watched someone get there order then get no response at at the drive thru,followed by them saying we're closed .I then pull around to the lobby side & watch the next car pul in & get service.The day shift has been the opposite even the manager paying for my order as a kind gesture.After 9 p.m. you don't know what you'll get if serves at all.i have been denied service 4 out of last 7 times later at night as I've frequented this location after casino visits & baseball games the last few years & it can be frequented by shady appearing characters not shy about walking up to your vehicle in the later visits

Although this location has gotten alot better recently it could still use some work. For instance, the last few times I have ordered there they somewhat surprisingly got my order right. I say surprisingly because before this the last, roughly, 8-10 times it was always missing something so it became somewhat expected. During those orders I spoke to the (newly hired) General Manager and she said that they were experiencing a labor shortage, and that it was hard to keep qualified employees. Seems like they have solved that problem at least temporarily... I'd say they could use some better cooks that actually care and take pride in what they are serving. There cinnamon twists are always undercooked which makes them basically inedible, and when something is supposed to be without lettuce or tomato that doesn't mean pick them off and leave them reminents, it means remake it and this time try to actually make it how your customer asked for it. Show a little pride people. Rant over! 🤪😜🤭🤗🤭😆

For me this place is mixed. The worst part is the fact they the nacho chips taste like aluminum foil and they rarely give you cheese. Last time i got 6 chips which tasted like a fishing lure and no cheese. Joy. The service is usually fine otherwise. Just get rid of the chips and cheese at this point.
