This place has been closed for over a year and still shows up on their ordering system, and the owner keeps updating Google Maps here to say they are still open. We'll, here is the evidence. I just took photo's of the store Friday, May 20th at 12:04pm. This closed sign has been here a long time.
To the owner, update your actual store status so us customers do not continue to be let down by your closed store.

Their store hours have changed, and there is no notification on the door. That’s fine, but I would have preferred a team member to come to the door to inform me that they were closed. Instead, they all watched me from the inside while I figured the situation out on my own. That’s so rude, but eventually a young man did come to the door and inform me of their new hours.. that one star was for him!! Lol because that really hurt my feelings that people could be so rude.

I placed an order on the Jimmy Johns app and in less than 2 minutes I received a phone call from jimmy John employee asking if there’s a reason I chose to not add a tip. I had planned on a cash tip. But after being questioned & literally asked to give a tip I had them add it to my bill. How completely classless of them!! I’ll definitely not ask for delivery again I’ll pick up my order if I bother using Jimmy John again at all at this point!! Unbelievable

I've ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns several times - they're the closest to my house. They consistently take an hour or more to deliver the sandwiches. I've had to call the store (40 minutes into my wait) for them to begin with my order. The times I have visited the store, the staff regularly leaves the counter unattended with customers in the queue. Every other Jimmy Johns I've been to has been wonderful. This one is significantly sub-par

Took almost an hour after ordering to get my food delivered. This location is .8 miles from me. I called to check where the order was after 40 minutes and they said the driver had to take a call and was running late. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Should have seen they have low reviews.

This is probably my least favorite Jimmy John's. Service was very rude. I have two little boys who don't need a full sandwich and they always split one. I asked for a plain Vito with lettuce on 1/2 the sandwich-one kid likes it, one kid doesn't. Both workers rudely said no they wouldn't do that. I asked for it cut in half and some lettuce on the side, again a very rude no. So I picked some off of my sandwich and put it on my son's. He was annoyed the lettuce had mayo and vinaigrette on it. Thanks, guys! Sorry to ask for 3¢ worth of lettuce when we were spending over $25 for lunch. I love Jimmy John's and will go to any location but this one.

Two times in a row delivery has taken 30 minutes for a delivery one mile from the store!! When I spoke to management, they apologized and told me they didn't have enough drivers. Great customer service...For a company that brags about freaky fast delivery, you have really dropped the ball at least at this location and cannot accommodate getting food as promised.
