I placed an order on the Jimmy Johns app and in less than 2 minutes I received a phone call from jimmy John employee asking if there’s a reason I chose to not add a tip. I had planned on a cash tip. But after being questioned & literally asked to give a tip I had them add it to my bill. How complete
Like many restaurants, their hours now seem to vary. App still accepted order, but then immediately cancelled it. Call first if you plan to visit.

Took almost an hour after ordering to get my food delivered. This location is .8 miles from me. I called to check where the order was after 40 minutes and they said the driver had to take a call and was running late. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
