Panera Bread

This Breadco is amazing. In December while waiting in a long line to order, I suffered a cardiac arrest. Thanks to the quick thinking staff, Paramedics were called immediately which likely saved my life. I was never able to know who the staff were, but I take this time to thank them for saving my life. I've been back since and it's a clean, well run operation. The management and staff are all friendly and outgoing. Definitely recommend this location to anyone. Again, thank you for your quick thinking and getting me the help that I needed to be here today!

Had a great experience. The Eggwhite, Avocado & Spinach breakfast sandwich was awesome and we enjoyed the Greek joghurt with mixed berries. Service was great! The cashier walked us through the whole process and was very friendly. Jeffrey, who brought the food was very pleasant and brought us a bigger version of the sandwich because they just ran out of the smaller bun. He apologized, which wasn't necessary since we got something even better. We'll definitely come again.

Had an online order but when I rcvd my order one of the items was incorrect. I called and talked to Jeff the manager and he explained that it was likely because they were out of the item I requested. He was super apologetic and said he can have someone deliver me a new item I said I would just come in tomorrow and pick it up. So I went back and he was again genuinely sorry and said I could pick whatever I want from the bakery! Great customer service which is hard to come by nowadays!!

This downtown location is clean and friendly staff. My husband ordered a panini and it was not press he went back and told them and there were more than happy to make him a new one pressed. We had all the items in our order delivered to out table. There was a lady cleaning the floors with a vacuum cleaner that was absolutely silent. We didn't have to be inconvenienced by the loud noise. This location cares about the overall experience.
