Haven't been in here in a while. What a refreshing change the people working were so friendly. The food was great. Awesome vibes

Great subs-I believe the best around my area-the bread is ultra soft, the fries are real potatoes-the crew that works there are nice.

Tasty subs. Made fresh to order so expect to wait 5-7 minutes. Can't beat the OG Philly, fresh cut fries and homemade lemonade!

Always great! I bought the Philly cheesesteak and it was terrific. I called my wife and told her no matter which one I go to is always same great taste. And the lemonade oh, let me tell you the lemonade was just the right end to a perfect meal.

Staff was so nice and welcoming! Food was great as always. The guy that took my order was so patient with me.

Went in at 10:45. Colin was the only one working. Took my order and was so nice. Made me THE BEST sandwich I’ve ever had. Thank you Colin!

The staff was very friendly, service was quick. The sandwiches were outstanding. Everything tasted fresh. The bread is excellent. The fries are cut and made to order, which makes them better than most. I will definitely be back.

Good food, pretty fast. I love Penn station. Only complaint here was the guy taking our order clearly didn't want to be there. He actually full yawned in our face. No cover, just full inn hippopotamus mouth! Rest of our lunch was great! Get that guy a pillow!

Penn station East coast subs is a fantastic sub shop. Even though they are a chain, it doesn't diminish the quality of sub sandwich that you receive here. My personal favorite is to get an Italian but have them make it cold, not hot. Be sure to pick up some fresh squeezed lemonade as well.

Great food and great customer service! Nick S was very helpful when I couldn’t decide what sandwich to get, despite being very busy. He was patient, informative, and did a great job!

Great flavor, fries are the best. Just wish the sandwich bread, gave me more of a loaf vibe and not a breadstick vibe. Especially when the large is around $14
