Usually restaurants in hotels are hit or miss. This is absolutely a hit. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The flavor for the spaghetti was incredible! Meatballs were slightly overdone but still delicious. The chicken alfredo was very good too. Flavor overall 10/10

Comfortable and low key Italian restaurant with super attentive service team (thanks M!) and excellent scratch-made food. Major kudos for the super thin pizza and really flavourful sausage. My friends had the lasagna (wow) and shells with salmon (nicely browned) but the real star was the fettuccine with black garlic and spinach. Definitely coming back!

I stopped in to wait for the long line at Social Security to go down. I decided to get a cup of coffee! It it was smooth with no bitter aftertaste. I will be stopping by again to explore their dining menu! There's a good chance I posted a review also on Yelp!

Ultima Cucina provides a fabulous dining experience in the heart of downtown Saint Louis. Everything is made fresh everyday. The meats are aged and prepared onsite or are the proper goods imported from Italy. The sauces are fresh and delicious, nothing from a can. This is an experience you MUST have if you ever find yourself in STL!

The Braised Beef was amazing, service was a little slow but they realized it and made up for it by comping some things without having to ask. Would definitely eat there again Had a great menu selection

The restaurant is situated in The Last Hotel. We had the chicken parmesan, spinach salad and goat cheese bread. All of the food was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice, pillows along cushioned seating is a comfortable touch. I enjoyed the music that played any classic songs. Our waitress was extremely attentive even during a busy time. I would highly recommend. We are also planning to stay at the hotel as we enoyed our visit. There is a rooftop pool. There was a plethora of parking as well.

Wow - just wow! My friend & I only had appetizers at the restaurant, but they were simply amazing. We tried the fried cauliflower which is truly an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Also tried the baked goat cheese, which was prepared with a marinara sauce that I was very unsure I'd like, but it also was an incredible mixture of flavors. We split the gooey cake for dessert & that might just be my new favorite dessert. Absolutely delish!

It looked amazing and had a good atmosphere to the place. Everyone seem to be having a good time and the food was good. The biggest issue is the ones that keep coming up of staffing issues. The staff that do show up are great but they can only do so much when they’re doing the work of 3 people. Overall if you’re not in a rush though it’s a great place to go. The bar is lovely too

Excellent food. The chicken parm was superb. The salad was exceptionally tasty....spinach, goat cheese, lightly candied walnuts, and apple slices with a vinaigrette. It was a genuine winner! There was a bit of a wait to get in but worth it and we were treated well.
