All the people here are super nice and professional. I usually go for coffee and muffins every weekend, but I see families enjoying life all the time. Family friendly. The interior design is not the typical Panera.

A big shout out to the GM. I messed up own online order and sent it to a different store. The GM did not make me feel bad or incompetent. He took my order, since I clearly couldn’t enter it correctly 🤦🏻‍♀️, and had my order made quickly. Thank you again for making my day so much better!!

sad that ppl don’t like this location :( i go here/get delivery to my work all the time. they gave me the wrong soup and the manager/associate was accommodating and nice about it. i didn’t wanna complain or anything just wanted the right soup and he was more than helpful and understanding. they sent another associate to bring me the right thing since i wasn’t able to leave my job. they included extra stuff too which was really nice of them since they didn’t have to go out of their way to do that. thanks again i really appreciate it. 🫡

The management is so nice here. I tried to use my gift card but because I had it saved to my phone it wouldn’t work unless I used it as an online order. The item I wanted showed up as sold out, even though there was one left. There were a few other small problems (which were not the store’s fault) so the manager ended up just giving it to me! This kind of service is so uncommon anymore and so appreciated! I’ll come back and make sure if I have a gift card saved to the app, I order with it online so there’s no problem in the future. Thank you to the manager of this location for your patience and customer service!

Stopped here to eat because my daughter loves their soup. I have 2 allergies and did some research to find what my options were. We went in to order and asked the cashier to be sure these options I found were truly made without the 2 allergies. Hailey M and Cari (the manager) were very kind, patient, and understanding about my allergies. They went above and beyond to make sure I wouldnt have any issues with the food. I actually work at this Panera, but I'll be writing with the customer perspective in mind. The food tastes good, some items I avoid but that's more of a personal preference than it being bad. While the food is good, it's a little expensive for what it is. It's expensive because they claim to source and use quality healthy humane ingredients. When it's more busy you're more likely to get something wrong in your order. This I feel like is usually because our quality checker has a lot of things to do so they sometimes forget to put an item into the bag. If you receive your sandwich but it's got the wrong modifications then it's likely that the sandwich maker wasn't paying close enough attention to what you wanted changed. We just recently moved to this new location. I used to like doing work on a laptop at our old store or other locations, but the new store is too bright and loud. It doesn't have the comfy work cafe atmosphere that other Panera locations do. The atmosphere for eating with others is still good though. Service is pretty good though. We usually handle whatever issues that are brought up pretty well. If you dine in and something is wrong with your order we'll happily help out by providing what we forgot or remaking it if it's wrong. If you get your food delivered and something is wrong one of our managers will be happy to help if you give us a call.
