This was my first time having White Castle that wasn’t microwaved. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Carlton and Demetrius had excellent customer service

Nice people not enough workers so expect delays food was hot and order is served in a timely manner the drive thru is always 6usy I prefer to walk inside service is way faster.

I went to 2 different locations and each had very long lines.... but what really shocked me was each gave out cold hamburgers not even hot..... WOW
