Cha Cha Chow

I've had a lot if tacos in Saint Louis and after eating Cha Cha Chow today, I can confidently say that this restaurant has one of the best tacos in town! We ordered 3 different tacos and a side of the seasoned fries, which was ther perfect amount of food for one. Side note. The seasoned fries are out of this world, a must try! I recommend Cha Cha Chow on Shaw to everyone, enjoy!

1st Time Customer - Glad I Did My first visit to the Cha Cha Chow food truck resulted in very happy taste buds. It was DELICIOUS. I love trying new foods so I had the Braised Beef, Chicken Verde and Fish tacos. All three were uniquely flavored and tasty. One odd thing for me was the ketchup. I hate ketchup. I think it's gross. But Cha Cha Chow's ketchup was really good. More spicy and sweet, it's a good match to the seasoned fries. Really enjoyed it and wish other 1st timers my great experience.

Got 2 burgers to go, and it may be the best burger I've ever had. Season was very well done, felt like cajon spices but not spicy and had a tinge of sweetness which played perfectly with it. I ended up getting a Groupon for 20 for 12 so it ended up being reasonable for me but the burger was a little small for 10 but well worth it.

I ENJOYED the experience from top to bottom. I got their late and their closing time is a true time. I admire that. Alot of small business close early or do what they want to do in regards to HOURS sometimes. Definitely a big pet peeve. I love the SWEET POT TACO. The FISH TACO was a little dry but flavorful. The BLACK BEAN was the best I have ever had. It had alot of flavor. The CORN SALAD was not want I expected but I like corn so it was fine. Expect simply cold corn. The CHIPS were thicker than most and saltier than most but the salt was rationed very well. Great CHIPS! The SALSA was smokey and one of my favorites when it comes to salsa! My bf didn't care for shredded BEEF taco but he really fancied the CHICKEN TACO AND THE CHIPS AND SALSA AND BLACK BEANS. Also they bring you your food at GASLIGHT bar next door. I loved it!

These taco are amazing. I recommend the fish tacos. Unless it's Tuesday then you must have the walking taco. The eatery is in the Gaslight building so you can order you food and walk to the Gaslight and have a beer to go with it. Then they will bring you the yummies!!!! PS the owners a super nice!!!
