White Castle

My memories of White Castle harken back to my party days. White Castle, at that time, was great for cheap, tasty burgers, cheeseburgers, fries and or onion rings sold in large quantities for a low price. Frankly it was great for absorbing the alcohol, but also good to eat and a great value. Fast forward to our recent trip to St Louis as we traveled back to the hotel from the famous Gateway Arch we stumbled upon a White Castle and the fond memories jump to the surface. The prices may have gone up, but the 10 pack of cheeseburgers and the added onion rings and drink may not have been a healthy choice, but a tasty one. The staff, at this location was friendly, professional, and quick. Thank you for the flashback White Castle.

Living in St. Louis I've learned it's best to read reviews prior to going to places. Many reviews show this place has bad customer service. I can't say that is true. My experience was normal; I ordered my food via mobile, paid in place, and waited 10 to 15 minutes at the location. It was just regular. The food was alright, better than trying to make the White Castle sliders you get at the grocery store. The chicken rings are a nice addition with buffalo style, and the fries are what I remember. All together it was a nice experience.

This White Castle location is highly recommended. The employees do a great job of keeping the restaurant and bathrooms very clean. The service was super fast and very friendly. I ordered two American Cheese Sliders and they were hot and fresh. The total price was $2.58 after tax which is more than reasonable when compared to other fast food prices. Thank you all for doing such a Great job! I will definitely be back.

Hey it's a White Castle! Not too bad at all, give credit to the staff for being diligent. They didn't have lots of staff and weren't very fast, but they were good and consistent. The place was pretty clean too and right at the Cardinals Stadium. A customer who appeared to have some mobility issues dropped her food outside and bright it back in and the team didn't harass her and promptly replaced the order. That was considerate. My food hit the spot!!
