Review St. Louis Bread Co. - Saint Louis

I love Bread Co breakfast souffle when I want something other than.my usual protein shake. I usually get spinach bacon but today I tried ham & Swiss. It was just as good. Unfortunately the Forest Park location is closing but I'll find another one.

I love this place because something fact there's it's got internet and a nice view of everything you can watch clean the hospital Applebee's centers Apartments nice people nice restaurants Nice bars and grill that's what I like about the the condition in an intersection that's a lot of people know Forest Park in Euclid is at the Saint Louis Bread Company cross the street from Barnes Jewish Hospital 😎

Ordered delivery..they prepared my sandwich wrong..I called and spoke to the manager and he was very empathetic and helpful..I was unable to pick up a replacement but the manager sent a driver to bring me a prepared sandwich as I ordered..I really appreciated that...BTW Parking is awful at this location but the food is delicious.

Kody, the manager there made sure that my order was accurate and correct since I had specific requests and modifications on my order. Every toppings and condiments I ordered was correct this time, but my previous visits weren't as consistent. My soup I ordered was warm when I ordered it, but I would much prefer it to be hot. Other than that, the place is very clean and the staff is always friendly & welcoming.

I just left after having lunch at this location. I ordered directly to our table and Annie was exceptional. She came over almost immediately to say that they were out of sauce and to see what I’d like to substitute it for. She returned multiple times to make sure everything was correct and that we were doing well. During our visit another patron was behaving poorly and Annie handled the situation with grace and pose. She’s a true asset to this restaurant.

Food was great, plus the customer service !

Courteous staff. I heard a woman complain about a fly dropping into her soup. They quickly reassured her with a new bowl. Nice location. Took my salad down the street at forest park.

They are very busy location during lunch time. Regardless they still provide consistently good food. Though because of the high volume of customers the tables and carpets can be messy at times. I like how it is close to the hospital and near by things.

Really great service; employees were fast and friendly. Seemed that they were a bit understaffed, but they did great. The food was really tasty and the place itself is really relaxing. Very small parking, but understandable for the location.

I always come here before the start of shift and get the breakfast sandwich and a hibiscus 🌺 tea. The service is always amazing.I love how when I come they automatically just greet me and know what I want to order. I have nothing bad to say about this establishment. Keep up the great work. 😉

I really like they layout of this location. The parking lot is way small though. The cashier was helpful and really knows the products. They did mess up one of our drinks but it wasn't the end of the world.

This panera consistently has great service, and is as about as quick as it can be considering the volume. There are a few free 15 minute parking spaces out front, and the order ahead option is a great way to make sure you''re in and out quickly. They also have kiosks, although it may just be quicker to wait and line and order if you just get a pastry.

The only decent thing I had was my drink, a watermelon strawberry lemonade. My sandwich order was wrong and had to be remade to start, and the sandwich just wasn't very good. Bread wasn't good. My mom had to ask the workers to refill the coffee because every dispenser was empty. Annoying experience.

Special thanks to the staff for checking their "manual" for an accurate carb count of my order. Being recently diagnosed with diabetes, this was very helpful to me.

I just ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup and i guess they just threw the sandwich in the box or something bc when i opened up the box containing the sandwich the two pieces of bread were barely even together, the top piece was almost completely off of the bottom so it was stuck to the box bc the cheese had already cooled down. it was annoying to try and removed from the box to consume. the soup was good except they forget the croutons that usually go on it.

Definitely would give five stars if employee was respectful! James [that adds receipts onto the to-go orders] thought it would be nice to inform other employees that I’m a transsexual! I didn’t feel that was any of his or anyone else’s business and I became highly uncomfortable. I will be calling soon

Wonderful and exceptionally helpful staff. Food is always amazing!

Tuna fish sandwich was yummy as was the strawberry and banana smoothie.

7th street location has Not so rapid pick up! Waiting, waiting, waiting!

My star rating was for today, specifically. Normally, Panera does a pretty great job with my food - and this goes for all that I have visited in the area, which I do often. However, the Panera at Forest Park Ave really disappointed me today. I ordered a You Pick Two (Thai chicken flatbread and Greek salad with chicken), chocolate chip cookie and everything bagel (specifically asking for bread sliced) online, for the Rapid Pick Up. I love the idea of Rapid Pick Up because the lines are ridiculously long at lunchtime. I walked out and was halfway back to my office when I noticed what was wrong. Here's what was incorrect: 1. The Greek salad had no chicken - even though it SAID w/chicken on the actual receipt! Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got back to the office. 2. There was no chocolate chip cookie. 3. The Thai flatbread was placed sideways in the bag, so all the sauce from the sandwich dripped out of the cardboard casing and all over my other stuff. 4. The bagel was sliced in half. I then had to get in line (something I was attempting a avoid because my office was expecting me back!) and wait to tell someone what was wrong. I received my cookie and a new bagel, bread sliced. Great, but the whole point of the Rapid Pick Up was that I DON'T have to wait in line. I was super disappointed by all of that. There were way too many incorrect issues in that one order. Also, there was a woman right in front of me in line who had also done Rapid Pick Up and had problems with her order.

panera I have to say I Loved loved loved loved your Sierra Turkey sandwich but today I'm not happy. The turkey taste dry and not tasty. Please what ever you did please change it back! I love Panera!

They gave me the wrong food twice and then no dressing for salad omg

My favorite things to eat here are the quiche, almond bear claws, and Chia tea.
