I love Dad’s Cookie Company! Ordered the 3 bag pack online and they were all so delicious and it comes with a Dad Joke! ☺️ Coconut stars was my favorite. Love the history and story of the shop. Can’t wait to visit the shop when I’m down in St Louis.

Holy bajeesus, how many other authentic small batch, old school cookie makers are left in this country? This is 1 of the best. I know former StL natives that always request scotch oatmeal cookies in every care package I send to them in Hawaii..I try to change things up, but truth be told I think they'd be ecstatic if the entire flat rate box was full of scotch oatmeal cookies. Keep up the good work and see you soon!

I love their milk chocolate dipped oatmeal cookies! All of their oatmeal cookies are very delicious! The workers are always friendly during our visits! I will definitely come back in future visits!

Incredible place, like stepping back in time! Brings back such fond memories of South city adventures with my grandma from my childhood. And the cookies? Always great! And the prices are still very reasonable $5.50ish a pound for cookies is cheap these days. A pound of cookies is a huge bag! Original and coconut are the best!

I visited Dad's Cookie Company a few days ago. I'd never been to the store in the 44 years I've been in St. Louis. Upon entry of course you have to have on a mask as signs are posted. Going into the establishment, my partner and I were greeted by the Staff who was a nice and cordial young woman. She asked us if we'd tasted any of there other cookies which we hadn't. She then started to give us several samples of cookies to taste. They were all good. One was a coconut flavored cookie. One was banana flavored and the other was butter flavored. They were all good crunchy cookies. We got a half pound of the traditional oatmeal and some butter flavored cookies. Let me just say, this was a bunch of cookies. I didn't realize it would be as many as it was in the half pounds nor for the price of just under $6. Looking around the store there was some awesome memorabilia including an article about the store printed years ago. I saw other snacks and goodies and cute containers for the cookies. I had no idea that you could buy the big glass cookie jar from the store as well. I love that as they give the entire experience with all senses. I included pictures of the photos and newspaper clippings as well. This was a great experience and I will pay them another visit some time soon. Getting to the establishment was easy as it's on the corner with ample street parking. I didn't feel unsafe in the area, but still don't leave valuables in the car when you go in. Take your family and enjoy as the kids will love to see all the older memorabilia. Besides who doesn't like tasty cookies that you can sample. #Tonetta #speakyourtruth

My visit to order Christmas cookies for out-of-town family is a treat because I also buy a bag of broken oatmeal cookies for me! Ordering was easy and the family looks forward to this taste of St Louis.

I've been looking for my long lost dad for years, and thought I had finally found him at last. Was very disappointed to find out the Dad at Dad's was not my dad, but they gave me cookies anyway. 🍪 They were delicious! Almost enough to numb the pain. Will definitely bring my Dad back here when I finally find him ❤️

it's been around since my mom was a little girl, but this is the first time I've ever tasted one of their cookies. after we left, my mom and her friend said "one bite just takes you back," and started remembering good times, old friends. we drove around the neighborhood looking at places my mom grew up and played. it was a good day. and it all started with these cookies. the employees were very lovely.

Always a great place to stock up on your cookie supply. Always brings back good memories of growing up in that neighborhood. I always love the Scotch Oatmeal variety.

As you know, this is a staple in Saint Louis. There is no wrong they can do my favorite cookies. I have loved them since I was a kid. Go try, you will not be disappointed. Make sure to get some milk.

Dad's has been around for a number of years. When I'd go to my grandma's house she would always heve Dad's cookies around. Love the Oatmeal Scotchies.

My grandpa used to bring us these and they tasted so good it's become a family tradition to get some - especially when visiting home or celebrating the holidays.

I've been ordering cookies online for years, it was a treat to visit the place where my cookies are made. I love the scotch oatmeal cookies and will stick with them, but they offer under cookies and treats. St Louis he's a lot to offer for visitors, but I would go back just to go to Dad's.

Dad's is a classic trademark of South City. Their physical location is worth stopping by anytime you are in the vicinity and their cookies can be found at different places around town. Especially if you are an oatmeal cookie lover (or me) or a crunchy cookie lover (less so), these are tough to beat.

Family owned since 1910!! So cool!! Laurie was so helpful. Great deal for bulk cookies too!

At Dad's, tradition counts. The cookies are still made and sold in the same charming Dutchtown building they have been in since 1938 — a building built as a bakery by one branch of the family in 1912. Dad's Cookie Company's Scotch Oatmeal Cookies were my dad's favorite. Sadly he passed away last year, but one day last week I was coming back home from downtown St. Louis. Since I was born and raised at Louisiana & Taft Ave. I came home via Louisiana and I seen Dad's Cookie and drove on past. Got about a mile past and decided to turn around and went back to Dad's Cookies. It was like stepping back into time. I had to go in and the smell of baking cookies was overwhelmingly delectable. I purchase a pound of chocolate chip and a pound of their scotch oatmeal cookies and I must add they are to die for. I told myself my stop in was a tribute to my father, but my taste buds surely enjoyed those scotch oatmeal cookies. If you are ever in the vicinity of Louisiana and Keokuk give them a try.
