My son recommended this place as he visits here before returning to school So we stopped in and yes so glad we did A great choice for cookies the gooey butter cookie was hands down the best I only give it a four star was for the service we got It was not busy only one other customer not greeted or spoken to and standing in front of the cashier still not acknowledge Took forever Other then that Would recommend would return For the gooey butter cookie

Would have given 5 stars but the person behind thr counter....eh....customer service was not that great. I couldn't understand her, she seemed aggravated that we were there and wanted to place an order. However - the cookies were perfect. We had a variety - turtle (my favorite) reeses, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisen. Soft and warm and a great treat. Only recommendation- I got 6 cookies and she squished them into a box that was not made for 6 cookies. So that was disappointing. Squished cookies. Ugh.

Took a bit to get in contact with someone because their new website is having some issues with ordering, but after calling I was able to speak with someone over the phone and place my order. I reached out to them via Instagram and the person who messaged me back was prompt, understanding, and clearly customer service focused! They informed me that they are working with the developer on the website issues and we’re very helpful. My cookies were delivered in less than an hour and were still hot and gooey in the middle. The perfect treat on a cold winter day like today!

It is the hero St. Louis deserves, and it is the one that it needs right now. When I saw on Instagram this morning that they were premiering this product today--I have been waiting patiently for this announcement since I first heard that it was coming--I of course had to go. When I arrived, the super friendly employee told me that he put on a new batch for me and that I could wait 12 minutes to get them fresh out of the oven. Well, duh. I would have waited 62 minutes for that freshness, gooeyness, and warmth. The Gooey Louie Cookies had great flavor and were not too sweet. I liked how they were less fluffy that other gooey butter cake cookies that I have had, and the bottom had a nice brown. As per this employee, I ordered the 10th, 11th, and 12th Gooey Louie Cookies from the North Euclid location. I would have loved to been the first to order this, but I sadly had to work. If I don't work, I can't pay the baked good bills. I will 1,000,000% be back for more. 1/15/2021: The Peanut Butter Reese's Pieces Cookie is very tasty! The chocolate chips in the Chocolate Chip Cookie comprise ~50% of the cookie and seem to overpower it. 11/14/2020: I have been to Hot Box Cookies dozens of times, and it is fantastic. The Red Velvet Cookie is by far my favorite. Their other offerings are solid, especially the Cookies N Creme Cookie, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Monster Cookie. The Peanut Butter Cookie and Oatmeal Raisin Cookie are both pretty average. As for The Becky Cookie (Pumpkin Spice Molasses Cookie), it was really just a ginger snap cookie, and the pumpkin flavor was imperceptible. It was disappointing. Nevertheless, the Red Velvet Cookies continue to make the trips worth it! Solid cookie joint in CWE! Superior to Insomnia cookies. The cookies on this particular visit were fresh, not too sweet, warm, and gooey. I really enjoyed them, and I'd easily give the experience 4.3 stars. Ordering online and pickup were easy, and I look forward to returning!
