Good food and a friendly staff at this BBQ joint. The restaurant is small but clean and has a bar along one side. Parking is somewhat limited. We had the pulled pork nachos and the 3 meat combo meal with fries. Everything tasted good!
My wife, her parents, and I stopped in for dinner last night. I got the taco pack, my wife got a pulled pork sandwich, my mother-in-law got the burnt ends, and my father-in-law got a Cuban sandwich.
Everything was tasty! We also got quick and attentive service.
We'll definitely be back.
We’ve dined at this establishment many times and have a wonderful experience each time! The food is fresh, made on site.. you can’t go wrong here. My favorite is the Cuban sandwich. That’s just me.. the sides are made on site..we also love the smoked mushrooms.. just an awesome place to visit.

Some of the best smoked chicken wings I have ever had. The corn bread and honey butter are a good side item for your meal or even a dessert.
We were incredibly impressed with Gastropit on our drive through MO. Being from NC, this is outstanding BBQ to try and absolutely worth the stop! The owners are SO welcoming too. Wish they could build one in Raleigh, this would be our fav spot!
So incredibly delicious! The place is super cute, food is amazing, and staff beyond friendly! The patio is nice on a summer day and word on the street is that at some point soon, they may be expanding!! Highly recommend!! Owners are awesome and STL locals bringing BBQ to the next level! A+
Great service. Clean dinning area. Delicious options. As a vegetarian, I enjoyed the portobello sandwich. Boyfriend rated the bbq 7/10, noting ribs weren't trimmed very well but the burnt ends were yummy.
I almost gave up on BBQ, this place is my new favorite. The brisket emanadas a perfect, burnt ends are like BBQ steak.

I had the shredded chicken sandwich without the toppings and sweet barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce added a great flavor to the chicken, and the bun was soft and perfectly toasted. I took the order to go, so I did not experience the dining atmos
The food was great! How can you tell? It was gone in a second!
Good and bad as I visited during a weeknight. The bad, as the corn bread was a little stale and MacNCheese was only so-so. The good, great pork and brisket and the service pushed this review to 5 stars as there was a minor mix up in the order, but they went out of the way to make things right
Did carry out for Fathers Day. We stopped by the day ahead. The owner was super helpful. The meats were all delicious. We had beans and mac and cheese as our sides and they complimented the meat nicely. The bbq sauces are very good as well. Will definitely be back!
