People are saying things about the staff and the wait. For the most part, everything was pretty quick and easy. I suppose you shouldn’t come here starving because there can be a wait. However, it really is worth it. The biscuits are very unique. I think everyone should give it a try despite some bad reviews. I actually the farmer John bowl and that was delicious. We waited probably 10-15 minutes. There’s bottomless coffee to keep you occupied.

This place was great! First, the biscuit was OUTSTANDING so I’ll be coming back for that alone. But also the place was also small, cute, and played great chill music. Altogether it had a great atmosphere. The 2 servers were really nice, inviting and helpful. One even gave me a few great places to look for apartments. Also. I LOVED how cute the bathroom was! It was a great place to chill and think so I will definitely be frequenting this establishment!

The strawberry jam is amazing!! It isn't sickly sweet. It compliments the slightly sweet biscuits perfectly. The BBQ chicken biscuit is yummy, too. The bowl of gravy with biscuits and sausage was a bit different than what we Texans expected but it was yummy. Great local eatery!

Yum!! Just found this little gem in our neighborhood! Everyone there was super nice and the food was delish! We already have plans to go back! The butterscotch latte was particularly smooth and delicious!

Amazing little biscuit place! I had the Smashing, a biscuit covered in avocado, pesto and fried egg and it was great. My wife had the Maple, a biscuit with sausage, maple and pecans and she loved it too.

Pretty damn yummy! Very large biscuit sandwiches here. Lots of creative options. The fruit place my wife ordered for a side was excellent, all strawberries and blueberries! Our orders arrived very rapidly. Not a big space so get here early to get a seat. I noticed that they also offer take-away. It's nice to see another business in this space.

I LOVE this place. Excellent place for breakfast, especially the big fluffy buttermilk biscuit. I even got one extra for takeout after my brunch here!

I recently discovered this place nearby. The biscuits are very delicious: thick, flavorful, and not overwhelming buttery. Those are probably the only thing I'd be willing to go back and spend money on. My eggs and chicken were both over-cooked, and the potatoes were also underwhelming. They have some really great sounding biscuit sandwiches, both sweet and savory. One could only hope that the quality of savory toppings doesn't take away from a great biscuit, but the sweet one I've had was very good. Overall, I'd still say that Red Oak is worth trying for a quick brunch.

First time in here. I checked out the menu before going in, so I already knew I wanted the Pigs in a Biscuit with a side of loaded potatoes (I had cheese, organic greens, and egg) for my meal. Twas very delicious. The bottom of my biscuit sandwich thing was falling apart, but it just showed how great the food was going to taste. Both plates with a couple of coffee set me right for the rest of my day. I'll be returning.
