I tried the pick two (on the back of the menu) with a bean tostada and a cheese enchilada. Both were very good. He tried the chimichangas, one chicken and one beef, which were very good. Posted a pick of their happy hour specials.

We just wanna say thank you to Chimichanga's Mexican Restaurant for their amazing service and atmosphere they were very polite, courteous, and very affordable. A special thanks to Concho "owner", Bri and the rest of staff that assisted in the making of a truly wonderful and unforgettable evening. Concho and all the staff made us feel truly accepted, welcome, and shared in the belief that love is love no matter what shape or form or gender choice. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. And if you're looking for a great Margarita, this is the number one place to try when in St. Louis. We recommend starting with the frozen mango flavor. It's truly a restaurant that's so inviting and warm that you feel like family the second you walk through the door. ♥️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵🤎🖤🙏

Try the burrito California! My favorite Mexican restaurant hands down!!! The waitress Bree is awesome!!! She always has a pleasant attitude and a great memory for what I ordered last time. I have literally brought all of my friends here to taste the food and Margaritas. Speaking of margaritas………I absolutely love the recipe! Best in the CITY hands down!!!! I’m a fan of the fajitas nachos too and if I’m lucky they’ll dice my peppers and onions. 🤤 This place is a mom and pop business so I will continue to support! Thanks guys for all you do.

A few of the servers don't understand English very well. It's not a big problem, but it slows it down. The food is great for the price. The margaritas are a plus, too!

This looks place is truly a hidden gem! The banana margarita has been my fav for years. Never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and service is always great. The salsa is some of the best I’ve ever had! Everything is also reasonably priced. I had 2 margaritas as well and didn’t even spend $30.

This place is in South St Louis and it is a true gem of the South side. It is now under New Management and with all of the upgrades and the new menu I was very pleased with how clean everything was and how wonderful the food tasted! My server Concho couldn't have been more attentive and the food was hot and delicious! I love the atmosphere of this place as well! I've been to other Mexican restaurants and they can't compare to Chimichangas. So glad it is in my neighborhood!

This place is best at what it is: neighborhood family Mexican. Food is flavorful and plentiful, good menu, drinks and food, a bright, colorful decor, sweeeeet patio, and very friendly wait staff. I drive 45 minutes to eat here and pass 10 Mexican places. Top casual family Mexican.

Service and food is excellent as always. I usually stop in once a month and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the grilled chicken chimichangas or the taco salad, delicious!

As for the service , well , they make you feel like you eating in their home. They just don't serve,they ingage. Joke with you and generally make you feel at home. See ya soon !!!

Horrible service last night. We had a table of 6 adults and 2 kids. 5 out of 6 adults got their food before the kids did. One kid only had hotdog and fries. Had to ask waitress several times where the hot dog and fries were. Took over 25 minutes for the kid to finally get her meal and most of the table was half way done eating by then. 6th adult only order soft tacos and was the last one to get his food. Took 40 minutes just to get tacos after asking several times. Only got the tacos when threatened to cancel the order. Rest of table was already done eating. They were not very busy compared to previous visits. Won't be going back.
