I'm from Memphis and stopped by on the way back to my hotel. My food was great except for the onion rings. They were limp and too salty to eat. I should have had the fries

One of if not the ONLY old school mainstays for lunch while at work and socializing with friends after work on North Broadway. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere is always just right. The location is just perfect and the owners upkeep and care of the bar and grill is evident. Everything is clean, fresh and truly one of the old school gems in the area. You will have a great time and enjoy the property. Plenty of space for gathering outside or inside. Don't believe it? Just visit once. You will be a convert. Just a tip, the bar is open M-Th till 7p and Friday till 8p. Food from lunch till close. The Cook's are the best! Not open weekends. - Not the owner, just a regular.

Greg says delicious food my favorite is the fried chicken sandwich on Texas toast with fries. My husband had the cheeseburger and fries I had an ice cold Bud Light and my husband had a glass of tea. It's always a pleasure to go to Greg's and sit down and eat consider it 99% of the time I call the food in and go pick it up and bring it home like the only restaurant around where you can get a cooked meal. Spend your money local at your small businesses. This place has been here since I was a kid and I am 60 years old thank you John for the excellent service that you have gave to the High Park area all these years

Warm welcome from blonde, Angel barmaid, in hot pink hoodie first visit! Second visit I was told to leave by some butch cruella, right at the door! Not sure what that was about!

I love this place. A working man's tavern, serving food that you'd eat at home! Pay attention, the food is outstanding, with a working man's price tag. Enjoyed a French dip with a little extra horse radish on the side with the au jus! Just wonderful. Gregg's is an Oasis on the north side of STL.

I've scoured the country for the best Blackened chicken sandwich and I have never had a better one than Gregg's!! Any time I am driving through the STL area, Gregg's is #1 on my list!! Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. As authentic as they come.
