Jazz At The Bistro

The food, while it looked great, was totally BLAND! Gumbo had no flavor salt barely helped it. The crab cake sandwich was super mushy with nothing but filled. After one bite the patty just fell apart. The fries were good. The band did what they were supposed to do. The service was super slow and everyone’s food came out separately and so far between that we had to ask the waiter a few times about our food and drinks. It took about 20-30 minutes to get 3 shots. By time we got them it was time to head out the door and the band was over.

Surprised my music loving husband for his birthday… we loved it! Love how convenient everything was, parking, getting to the venue & our front row table. Music & sound system was amazing! Pretty & comfortable decor. Food was good but we were very disappointed that there were no Non alcoholic options, not one NA beer! We will be back, may even buy a package but hope very soon there will be a few NA beer options.

A totally fun way to spend an evening. The music is always different and fun and great to listen to. The food is well above average and the prices fair. Save room for dessert. We have gone as a date night and we have taken friends. We have not been in every seat in the house but we have never had a bad one. It is always a wonderful experience. Highly recommend trying it out.

Top notch establishment! I've been to several jazz clubs around the country and this one has to be ranked one of my favorites. David Sanborn was awesome and my God his band was on point...that base player was perfection at work, the drummer was tight with every beat and the pianist tickled those keys right out of our seats. Food was great and came out timely, oh' the drinks were made to perfection along with a pleasant staff. If we are back in the Lou we will definitely be back. GREAT VENUE FOR AN INTIMATE EVENING.
