Perfect and tasty $10 lunch. First time here and I had the bacon and onion slice w their homemade cashew cheese. I love that everything is veg friendly, a lot of variety on their menu. Person at the window was nice and informative. Happy experience!

Tasty and cheap pizza and beer. I got a slice of “pepperoni” for $4 and cheese for $3. They also have beer starting at $2. I’m a pepperoni guy, and the meatless pepperoni was better than expected. I was confused when I arrived because they have a restaurant interior but only an order window is currently being used. I got it in a to-go box because assumed I was going to have to eat it in my car, but then when I went around the corner I saw that they have an outdoor seating area.

Loved the pizza, since I am vegan and was by myself I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of the pizza of the day(maybe white pizza with sausage?) Both were very good. I loved how the red sauce is mixed with the Cashew cheese so it's all integrated. Wish I had a pizza head in Massachusetts.

We love Pizza Head! I was a bit surprised to see the window only option now as opposed to inside seating (there is some nice outside seating a very short distance away), but the wait for our Vegan Meat Lovers was short and the pizza was hot and fresh. Delicious crust. Highly recommend!

Ok so as usual, I include the vibe and ambience in my rating. This place is giving NY with selling pizza by the slice and by the nature of the pizza itself which is very much appreciated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish there was a little more sauce on my slice with a s lightly tangy flavor to offset the salty. All in all, pretty good. I appreciate the vegan options also

The pizzas are huge and very tasty. If I didn't know it was vegan, I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference! I love that there are places like this in the world where I can buy a dairy-free pizza. The ranch is also really good

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. My new fave pizza in the city easily. I've tried their basic cheese, artichoke something or other, and terror tacos collab and they're all great! I will say the texture of the vegan cashew cheddar is a little off putting but the flavor is good. I think if it were something I was used to eating more then I'd like it though. Need to try the vegan mozz next! Also the pizzas are giant. The price seems a little high but you get SO MUCH pizza for it. The box barely squeezed in my fridge. I recommend it to everyone constantly.

Pizza Head may be a vegetarian/vegan New York style pizza shop, but trust me when I say your meat-eating friends will love it too! Pizza Head's vegan pepperoni is incredibly delicious and bursting with spicy flavor. My eating companion couldn't even tell the pepperoni was plant-based! One of my favorite pizzas offered is the Spinach Artichoke pizza since it has a garlic and olive oil base. Tasty! Things to love: • The pizzas are all 20 inches, and their box is a work of art • Pizza Head makes their own dough from scratch • Offers both plant-based and dairy cheese (for vegans and vegetarians) • Owner and staff are super friendly and accommodating • On Mondays Pizza Head donates 50% of their MO 314 Pepperoni Pizza orders placed in-house to varying local non-profits • Easy online ordering with text updates

No dine in service currently as of November 2021. They converted the restaurant door to a walk up window. Their food is awesome. Great dough. Lots of vegan options. No meat. Their vegan pepperoni or sausage is good. There's a cool mural of a skeleton surfing a giant wave of cheese. There are several picnic tables you can eat outside at. Street parking can be tight or you may have to park a block or so away. They had delicious vegan cookies. And a limited drink menu with some canned beers and sodas. Highly recommend. I enjoy eating pizza head pizza.

Pizza Head is one of my favorite pizza joints in town. They are well-known for having a lot of vegan options, and all of their "meat" is plant-based. Their vegan pepperoni is honestly really good. I do like that they still offer traditional dairy cheese in addition to vegan cheese because while I like their vegan cheese, sometimes, I still need that ol' mozzarella. They offer pizza by the slice as while as whole pies, which is great when you're just looking for something light. I will say their slices can be a tad on the pricier side, but it's worth it. Since COVID, their interior has been closed off, and it's just a walk-up window. I know they have been renovating with plans to re-open the dining area, and it can't come soon enough.

The vegan pizza and ice cream (Bombay Food Junkies) is simply amazing! My only issues are that they have no ice or indoor dining - you can take it to go or eat it outside at the tables next to the building (or your car I guess). I hesitate to take this into consideration because I know there’s an issue with keeping good workers, but from my understanding it’s been a while since the inside has been open. This won’t stop me from getting food from them though! It’s really good!

Take out only. Sunday special collaboration with Bombay food junkies Chick’n Tikka Massala Pie. It’s with their house made cashew cheese and bombay food junkies provides the other toppings. Have had this pizza and other many times. Happy employees that are friendly and the pizza came out perfect. Completely vegan,though non vegan would not know it. I’ve had this pizza at least 22 times. Mozzarella shreds are good on some pizzas there however this one is perfect with their house made cashew cheese

My vegan family of 5 always loves Pizza Head! Note that it's a window with picnic tables around the corner. Sometimes we bring pizzas home, but since yesterday was perfect weather, we ate at their picnic tables. Got a big vegan pizza with moz shreds, artichokes, pepperoni, and olives.

Best NY style pizza I've had here since moving from NY. Most places in STL treat pizza like its a commodity but Pizza head understands that it's a food for the masses by keeping their prices reasonable. TLDR: Good pizza good price.

Yummy in my Tummy! I absolutely ❤️ Pizza Head! With being a vegan in St. Louis there aren’t many places to enjoy a filling meal, however, I don’t have to worry about that when I visit Pizza Head! If Im not purchasing an entire pizza for my family, I’ll grab a slice and a salad and enjoy every bite of it! This visit, I tried the kale salad with vegan ranch and a slice of vegan sausage pizza wish cashew cheese! I totally ate it in like 5 minutes - like seriously! Totally give them a try if you’re searching for a yummy vegan pizza restaurant and let me know what you ordered! 😆😋
