Kaldi's Coffee House

Who would have thought that a Mayan mocha chocolate drink with espresso would be pretty good? For having a deep and rich chocolate and also having 2 shots, this is a pretty good deal price wise. I did try their signature honey lavender drink and did not like it as much. Also, just learned that Kaldi has the best breakfast sandwiches in the game. Got their sandwich with fried eggs, sausage and maple mustard. Boom! Very fresh, unique and super tasty. Pricey stuff but you gotta pay for quality. Rewards program isn't bad and makes it worth it to be a loyal customer.

A place that finally had a great DARK ROAST. This is harder to find than people think and this place has a great atmosphere and wonderful coffee. I also had the breakfast biscuit which was amazing. The environment is very nice and clean; the employees were friendly and very courteous. I look forward to visiting again now that I have a regular place to get coffee!

I definitely did not expect to find this gem in an office park wasteland but WOW. These people know coffee. I was completely blown away by my macchiato and the bacon and cheese biscuit. Extremely well done all around! I can’t wait to come back to town for the sole reason of getting to eat here again. A true oasis of culture in a dismal concrete jungle.

In Saint Louis for the week, staying at the adjacent hotel and working in the adjacent tower, I have found my coffee shop. Super chill vibe, lots of food and baked options and of course, fantastic coffee. With classic crooners playing softly, I ordered a cortado and opted not to try any of the delicious looking muffins. Maybe tomorrow if there aren't bagels in the office. A few moments later, my coffee was ready. This is what a cortado should be. Served in a short glass, half espresso and half steamed milk. And then, served precisely the way coffee should be - with a second glass of bubbly water and if you look in the spoon, there are two chocolate-covered espresso beans. What? Yes. There is street parking nearby and there are paid parking decks nearby. Fortunately, I'm on foot.

My favorite coffee shop in the area! I come here to work on my laptop and for meetings. Sometimes just for coffee and sometimes for a full meal. The staff is comprised of upbeat, friendly people who give quick service. The space well lit, with full window walls on two sides, which is a huge perk for me because I'm a window seat lover!
