Went on a Monday night. Not crowded, service and food were excellent. Got our food quickly and they let us take our time and enjoy the company and the night out.

We go mainly for the margaritas. Food is decent for the price. They play loud music near the outside seating which can be hard to talk over. Our host/server was helpful in reseating us father from the speaker.

We have been going to Pueblo Solis since they opened more than twenty-five years ago. They are a more authentic style of Mexican food and their prices are a little higher than the Tex-Mex places you find all over STL. They all have their place but when you are craving something a bit more, Pueblo Solis is your answer. The three different salsas with the freshly made chips let you know right away that this isn’t your Taco Tuesday place. The handmade Guacamole is a star in itself. As my friend would say, “nothing else should be called Guacamole!” A favorite is the Queso Fundido with the amazing melted cheese and incredible chorizo and house made tortillas. We also had the TexMex Enchiladas and the Mexican Enchiladas with the amazing rice and beans. Don’t forget a Top Shelf Margarita! One of the best we’ve ever had. Needless to say, we will be back!

I enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of our waitress, as my family dined at the restaurant for my mother's birthday. The food was amazing. I recommend the street steak tacos. Yummy!!! There's three types of salsa for the massive chip bowl mild, medium & expect ur mouth to be on fire. I enjoyed the selection. There's also outside patio dining & parking lot dining for those wonderful cool breeze evenings. I'm glad I went. It was worth it.

The food is delicious. We had guacamole, chicken mole, and tostadas. The margaritas were just the right level of sweetness. The staff people were very attentive and friendly.

Food is a little on the oily side, but portions are large and they give you free chips and three salsas to start with. It’s somewhat pricey for what it is ($18-25ish plates on average), and service can be a bit slow, but overall an okay Americanized Mexican food place.

I’d say this was a great place for AUTHENTIC Mexican! This is NOT American Mexican like you see on every corner. The prices are high, but so is the quality! The queso is REAL cheese, and the ingredients are fresh!

Dinner with inside on a chilly May night was delightful. I ordered a soup and a salad. The real star surprise was the roasted tomato black salsa that came with the chips prior to our dinner. It has a smoky flavor and was the perfect accompaniment to out chips. There was also a green (mild) salsa and a red (hot) salsa. It was fun to try the new flavors and Estella, would keep our water glasses full and refresh our chips quickly seamlessly. Our waitress was Ciera. She was attentive to our order and made sure we understood the menu as well as enjoyed our selection. I will be returning.

As always this place is always great mexican food. You get 3 salsas with the chips which are all outstanding. The food each and every time is incredible with great beans and rice... I am not a rice lover but this is great flavor. This is a must place for great mexican food!!
