I tried the Frida burger yesterday at the awesome sale price of just $6, and I have to say it's about the best, non-black bean veggie burger I've found in St. Louis. Absolutely delicious! Whoever created this is a culinary genius. How they got that meaty taste from grains is amazing and far surpasses other restaurants that have tried it. Nice texture too. Many simply fall apart on first bite, This one held together nicely almost to the very end. The bun is first rate too! No dry bogus grain bun here. This is a real bakery type artisan bun that perfectly compliments the burger. Overall I loved this burger so much I didn't think I would be able to make myself try the $6 Black Bean Burger, but I did today. It too was absolutely delicious! Great flavor but not as firm as the Frida burger which is definitely my favorite. A delicious burger and a bottle of good wine for me and my wife makes our day good even when it's not. Going back tomorrow for another burger (or two) before the sale ends. It's just too good not to eat these burgers everyday this week. :-)

Great food & we enjoyed our Friday night. Tried the fabulous Frida burger w/ kale slaw and it was delicious! Our server was outstanding & we were lucky enough to take advantage of $6 Frida or Black bean burger special.

Had a great meal! So many creative vegetarian and vegan options available. The burger is hands down the best veggie burger you will ever try. Sangria also very good! Our server was friendly and helpful.
I love this place. Good fresh, whole food, nicely prepared, served with friendliness and efficiency, and oh, yes, some raw desserts that are delicious. I appreciate the variety of salads. It's a great place for people who are trying to incorporate lots of raw foods into their diets.
I love Frida's. I am an omnivore but always find something healthy/tasty to eat there. The menu has good variety and imagination, the food is invariably well prepared. The like to serve "infused" waters, which are not my favorite since there is flavor but so little it's hard to identify. But that's a small thing.

It was our first time there and we will be back. Even though we are omnivores we are trying to cut down on our meat consumption. Everything we tried was excellent. The wait staff was very helpful and informed. The decor is beautiful. The chocolate dessert was to die for!
Just visited for the first time and loved it. Good Food, friendly service, and welcoming environment. I had the impossible burger, which lived up to the hype. They have a large menu with many intriguing options. So, I'll be returning soon.
Wonderfully calming atmosphere and extremely kind staff. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. $45 for two entrees, starter, dessert, and tip. Large variety of choices with great locally sourced food and TONS of vegan options. We will definitely be coming here more!
This was my first time to St. Louis and Frida's and it was worth the drive. It was so nice to go into a restaurant and know that no matter what I ordered I could eat it. We don't have places like this in Cedar Rapids Iowa. I had "the taco" and it was vary tasty. The server was vary nice and accommodating. The restaurant was also beautiful and I loved the creative way they deliver the check. My only complaint is they don't have a location in my state :)
I tried the Impossible Burger on my last visit and it was delicious. I also crave the kale salad. My husband and I have tried 75% of the items on the menu and we’re never disappointed. There are so many tasty options it takes a while to decide what to order. I’m so happy to have Frida’s in our neighborhood.
Between Diego’s and Frida’s, my Fiance and I don’t really go anywhere else anymore. My favorite go-to’s are the Spring Rolls, Brussel Sprouts, the skinny fries and The Taco but everything on the menu is great. The atmosphere is a perfect mix between chic and fun, they did such a great job with the renovation earlier this year. We are so grateful this is in St Louis because it looks like it should be in LA, NYC, or Chicago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a sensitive gluten allergy and I’ve never been glutened. We eat meat and we would still rather go here than any other restaurant in St. Louis.
Wife and I came here 1 hour before closing and the one employee left made the evening perfect. He was bartender, he was server, he was the cook! What? Someone give this man a raise! Even though the kitchen was closed he made us some light faire. Pizza and flatbread accompanied by 2 mock tails. We loved it! The outside eating area had fans so it was comfortable and charming. Looking forward to coming back.

Couldn’t wait to go to see the restaurant remodeled. The decor is beautiful and the hummingbirds above the bar is an awesome touch. Went with a girlfriend and sat at the bar. We had appetizers, chicken satay, the baked goat cheese and the tomato carpaccio. The food and service was good. Want to go back and sit on the patio next time and try one of their burgers.
Chic little restaurant just off Delmar on North and South Road. Very clean and well appointed.
Nice and attentive waitresses.
Had a salad and the grilled artichoke and both were really well presented and good. Will be back to try some of the other things on the menu.
Drinks were really good.We tried "The Bonito " and "The Frida".We tried the mushroom Reuben,it was alright. I'll definitely be coming back. The ambiance was great.
Accommodated my large party and its diverse dietary needs so beautifully. A woman, I assume the owner, checked on our table personally. Though smaller, this restraunt had a wonderful ambiance. Worked well for our family dinner, but it would be ideal for a date night! The family was impressed by the food. I most liked the desert!
Fridas is back and better than ever.. who knew that was possible?! The restaurant added Pescatarian options and added a gorgeous bar called Bonita Bar! Reservations recommended! Street parking.
MY FAVS: Grilled Artichokes, Fridas Burger. Tomato Carpaccio
I went to Frida's for my birthday dinner this past weekend thanks to my partner. Upon entering the establishment you have to wear a mask, but you are able to take it off once you're seated. There was hand sanitizer upon walking in to sanitize your hands as well if you'd like. The staff was pleasant and nice upon entering. Being seated we were told that we'd have to order through an app once we scanned the barcode, then menu will come up and we'd also pay from there as well. We don't particularly care about scanning the bar codes and prefer paper menus and a person to order, but we stayed as we wanted to try the food. My partner scanned the barcode and got the menu to come up. We figured out what we wanted and tried for a while to get our order to go through. I asked one of the staff to help us and we finally got it after about 10 minutes. Paying for the food was a lot simpler. Our food was amazing. I took some photos down below for you all to check out. I had a vegan burger with potatoes. My partner had a taco plate with a side slaw. Overall the food was good, tasty and filling. I would return to try some other things on the menu because they all sounded so good. The ingredients used were fresh from the taste and my bread for the burger was a homemade style bread. It was good for my first time visiting Frida's. We will be returning.
This establishment is wheelchair accessible with a ramp out front. There's street parking and we found a meter right out front. The establishment wasn't overly crowded and we got a seat upon walking in. They also have outdoor seating if you prefer. If you're into vegan food this is a place you must try.

A great find! We got the tacos and Mediterranean salad, a delicious Pilsner beer and the chocolate mousse for dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and professional and the atmosphere was very cozy. We will be back!
I met the owners, Rick and Natasha 20 years ago, they started off with a small space doing vegetarian healthy options Natasha the owner. She was cooking online and she had a program teaching cooking for people with disabilities and with dietary issues and then she brought that experience to her small restaurant Fridas, this place has since grown into a beautiful dining space with an unforgettable atmosphere and excellent food with multiple vegetarian gluten free delicious fusion options at the bar is super beautiful. I have had the opportunity to eat here and have a few cocktails. I don’t drink but they have the most delicious selection of mocktail’s that you’ll ever have. The food is excellent and I do highly recommend this place.
