I've been to Weber Grill before in Chicago. This time I was in St. Louis and chose to go to the Galleria location. It's was an excellent time. My friends and I enjoyed the food. They had the beer can chicken and I had the smoked pork chop. Both were excellent choices. Our wonderful waitress Andi was on top of her game yesterday 9/9/17. When ordering she asked how I wanted my chop cooked. She said the chef recommends it be a medium. So I went with the suggestion. It couldn't have been more perfect. The beercan chicken was moist and very flavorful. As our meal was coming to an end the manager Trevor stopped by our table and asked how things were. We had no complaints and was delighted to be there. We also discussed the Weber Grill Academy. This is a cooking school offered onsite. The chef shows you the different skills and techniques for grill cooking. I had never seen one before and was given some literature on it. The classes look interesting. Some day I shall give it a try.
Anyway to sum it up...good people, good food, good atmosphere made for a great afternoon of fun!

Absolutely thrilled.
Very clean nicely designed restaurant.
Staff excellent.
Appetizer was a Flank Steak skewer. Melt in your mouth tender and excellent flavor.
Waiter, “D” very knowledgeable on entire menu even their beer.
Had the Ribeye Special
Grilled absolutely 100% Mid-Rare
Garlic Mash potatoes were very good
Green beans cooked to perfection
I will return if and when back in the area.
I can’t wait to go back. It was our first visit. The staff was friendly, the food was amazing, the portion sizes where perfect! You must try the Pomegranate Moscow Mule! The whole experience was UH-mazing!
Great place. I had the beer can roasted chicken and it was excellent and the garlic mash potatoes were unbelievable. Patty had the filet and it was perfect. Very nice wine list. The bartenders Alex(?) was great. Funny, knew the menu, and added to the experience. This was our first visit but won’t be our last.
Our dinner was delicious. We ordered the chicken kabobs for an appetizer. The honey mustard was amazing. My husband ordered a rack of ribs. The meat fell off the bone. Mac and cheese was to die for. I ordered the turkey burger and chips. Burger was juicy and grilled perfect. My favorite part of the meal was the whipped sweet potatoes. We will be back. Great service as well. Thank you Weber Grill for making my anniversary dinner amazing.
Great service, great food, wonderful atmosphere. Been to the classroom a couple times and it's always so much fun. The waiter we had this evening was personable, quick, and very polite. Our food was outstanding. We will be back to Weber for sure. We enjoy it every time we go!
Celebrated our dad's bday ..food was very good...favorite of the meal...those garlic mashed potatoes...beer can chicken and crab cakes were good too...mango margarita ok..would have preferred frozen.. Overall we enjoyed it!!!
Atmosphere is fantastic, staff is amazing, food is out of this world delicious. Every time I'm in St. Louis this is our go to place.
We're upset that we waited until we're about to move away to try this restaurant. Everything was delicious! The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned, which makes sense for a restaurant based on a grill company. The garlic mashed potatoes were very tasty. Service was fast and friendly, complimentary birthday desert was also delicious, perfect for finishing the meal. The restaurant has a very nice, classy aesthetic with indoor and outdoor dining available.
One of the better options for a sit down meal if you're visiting the Galleria and wanting to bypass the basement food court.

Burger of the day made of lamb and beef and topped with bacon and goat cheese (check!)
We had our nine year old, who was served a kids meal of a burger and tots and broccoli. And a non-meat eater who really enjoyed the kale salad!
At the end of the meal our waitress served us a complimentary oversized chocolate chip cookie in iron skillet with ice cream to top things off. Was the perfect end to a great meal!
Four stars only for the burger being under cooked, closer to rare. Still great taste, but temp was off for sure. We will be back! Cost: $120-ish for five adults and a child.
We had a good meal this evening. There were 4 of us celebrating a birthday. We ordered the brussel sprouts for an appetizer, cocktails, and a few salads. They brought out our hot meals right after they brought out our appetizer and salads. They had to take them back to keep them warm. Two of us split a 14 oz ribeye and it was just okay. It was cooked to our liking but the steak itself was just mediocre. The garlic mashed potatoes were good. The birthday dessert was a creme brulee cheesecake and it was good. The pretzel bites (bread) and butter & cheese were yummy. I would not recommend this restaurant to others for steaks. There are just so many other places with better quality cuts of meat.
Ms Marilyn and Chef Steve you two made this experience over the top for my birthday. Not only did she give OUTSTANDING customer service, she was very friendly and warm. Attentive but not overbearing. Now when Chef came out to ensure my meal was correct, I was so surprised. I had inquired about an entree from an old menu. He wanted to be clear on my request before he recreated it. The meal was exquisite! Thank you for your hospitality!
We really enjoyed our dinner the food was amazing!. Service was great after we reminded the hostess to let her know we been waiting for a waitress for quite a while. The booth we were seated was also not clean which is the reason I cant give the visit a 5th star. Although the beginning of our visit was not the greatest the food was delicious and the the server was friendly.
The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was so kind, and it's a really nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the apple pie for dessert. It's to die for. I will definitely eat there again.
Dinner or event Weber Grill is fantastic.
We brought a group for a team building event. It quickly turned into bragging rights for the best burger.

Yesterday evening while dining with friends I enjoyed grill chicken breast kabobs and sautéed mushrooms. Using the sweet and spicy sauce I thought my dinner was healthy and tasted excellent. Highly recommend.
Fantastic!!! I heard about the super cheap HAPPY HOUR deals on the 📻 radio and I had to try em out. If you love happy hour 🍺 you gotta go! $2 fried pickles! $2 angus 🍔🍻sliders served on a yummy pretzel roll! The 🍗wings? De-lish! And the best of all $1 pulled pork sliders!!! If i had known how good they were, i would have gotten allll pulled pork sliders. There house brew was very 🍺 tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful and FAST! Happy hour is monday to friday til 6p in the bar area or on the patio. Best happy hour in town! I will definitely be going back!!! Nice place! Good food! Good service! I had a great time out here in St Louis! I never been to a restaurant were you cook your own food! Crazy, however I could see this being a cool date night option. I chose the pork chop and it was a great choice. I was out in St Louis for a business trip and I had a blast in the city. I would definitely try this restaurant again if i ever return to St Louis and to win my money back at casino lol.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I was there Monday 1/13 and our server that evening named Justin is awesome. Their servers are happy and add to the warm atmosphere.
Now I had steaks from many places, but this place is where its at. Flavorful and cooked to how I ordered. And its not just the steaks. Everything cooked and brought to you is paradise for your taste buds.
A place I highly recommend to bring friends and family too.
Blackened Angus beef meatloaf, mashed potatoes, string beans; Fish and chips with creamy slaw. Both were tasty. The pretzel bread was a bit dry. And the parmesan shredded cheese with parsley on the fries was unnecessary, it just sits on top. Carl our server was good and the MOD was nice enough to get me fresh fries.
We just wanted cocktails and were skeptical but reviews said to go. We are glad we did. Great selection for discerning tastes. We had Whistle Pig and the Black Manhatten. Just what we were looking for. The service was top notch from Maggie. Plus another server stopped by with a bakery tip. They took our trip from good to GREAT!
I had the mahi mahi. Oh it was quite tasty. Service was great. Even got a rose for mothers day
I had the grilled strawberries with shortbread for dessert! It was huge. I could have shared it! Overall great visit
We booked a reservation weeks in advance, for a birthday celebration. Wasn't busy for a Friday afternoon. Masks are required. They had sitting blocked off for covid. Friendly staff. Good food. 1st time here. Definitely a place to try if you haven't. There suppose to be doing classes soon.
This was my first experience and it was wonderful. Had the sticky ribs and shrimp cocktail for a starter then had a caesar salad and ribeye for dinner. Outstanding meal.

First time going for me, and my friends, we all enjoyed our food. Service was great, all the food was really good. Very reasonably priced for steak house. Great cocktails, wine and beer selection.
