This place and the service we received was top-notch. My buddy (who has been a long time fan of this restaurant) and I recently went to watch the Monday football game between the Packers and Giants. The food was amazing and I want to talk about that more but really it was the service that was spectacular. It was a double header and Miami was playing on the big screen. We asked if we could get the Packers game and they of course obliged. Even after that we thought it would be too much to ask to turn off the music so we could hear the commentary and considered getting the food to go but the manager allowed that for us as well and specifically came up to let us know that he was a Lions fan and jostled with us a little bit about the NFC rivalry. Great waitress, great manager, great food. What more can you ask for?

I went to Helen Fitzgerald's for happy hour/ dinner for 4 days this week while staying at the hotel next door. I sat at the bar each time. The bartenders were amazing. They had great people skills, smiled alot and was making sure everyone was taken care of. I never had to go with a tea or drink. Addotional, they made sure my food order was correct. The bar back always let the bartenders know of his whereabouts. Especially if he was going behind them. Their safety was always on his mind. The happy hour was really nice. They have both food and drink specials between 3 and 6. I had potato skins and chicken tenders several times. Both were the full menu size for 5 dollars. If I ever come back to St. Louis, I will definitely be going back. Thank you for making me feel at home while away from home. Keith

Visited this location between a wedding and a reception. It was busy, but expected on a Saturday afternoon. We sat outside, as the weather was nice. The waitress barely visited us and it took almost an hr. to get drinks. Short handed I am guessing. We liked the appetizers we ordered. Clean and well kept building with lots of TVs to watch sports.

Helen's is a great place to go for any occasion. Our fantasy football league drafted here, and they were extremely accommodating. Service was fast and accurate, and they got extremely busy on a sunday afternoon. Food was priced well and delicious. High recommended the cheese curds and wings! Never dissatisfied when we go to Helen's.

If i had to marry a restaurant, this would be the one i would choose. the original wings here are marvelous. the chickens that these wings come from must be sent from god because i’ve never tasted anything like them. eating them is like seeing a glimpse of heaven. they are so crispy the perfect amount of crispy. and the chicken is cooked perfectly. and the sauce is glorious and brings me true joy whenever it touches my tongue. the fries here are just as good. they are seasoned beautifully and also so crispy but not too crispy. if you order the wings and the fries you also have to get ranch and extra sauce on the side because that’s the right way to do it. the water here is also incredible. i don’t know where it comes from but it tastes like it’s from a fresh glacial stream in northern canada. it cleanses my body when i drink it. this meal is my favorite meal and if i had to eat one meal for the rest of my life this would be it. this would be my last meal on death row. everything about it is crisp. imagine what your dream meal tastes like. this is what you’re imagining.

The place was nice very packed parking lot and and packed inside and out. I assume this is the norm. We were there about a hr and never seen a waitress in my area on the patio. I flagged down another waitress who was working a different section but took on our table of 8. She was amazing and sweet. And for how packed they were her service was great and speedy. Never once seen a waitress in our section all night except for the one i flagged down for our table. We got the nachos with chicken and they were different but good. Made with homemade potato chips they fed 3 adults.
