Ices Plain & Fancy in St. Louis is such a cute ice cream haven with a unique twist. The vibrant pink and blue accents create a lively atmosphere. Us foodies took it over. The flash-churned liquid-nitrogen creations are a treat, and the story of Rolling Lawns Farm adds a charming touch to the experience (check out the history). The campfire s'mores, with its smoke show, is a must-try for those in the know 😉. Amazing after brunch idea!
Oh and this spot is Pup Cup Approved which Molina & Ruby greatly appreciate!

I am dairy free and picky when it comes to non-dairy ice cream. We were driving by and saw the crowd so stopped to see what type of eating place it was. I am so glad we did. I had the dreamsicle made with fresh squeezed orange juice and vanilla soy. It was amazing! Please if you are lactose intolerant try the nitro ice cream here, you won’t regret it. Oh and watching it be made is a fascinating science experiment right in front of you! I’m going to think about this for a long time.

The Campfire S'mores ice cream is one of the greatest things I've ever eaten in my life. I'm talking world class experience. They use a smoke infuser gun that really makes it taste and smell like campfire s'mores. Can't recommend it enough.

This was such a great hidden gem! They make the ice cream literally in front of you using nitrogen! It’s fascinating their process and they seem to have it down as an art! A very efficient staff.
I got a boozy nitro ice cream based on an “old fashioned.” IT WAS INCREDIBLE!! Tasted just like an old fashioned but ice cream. Still came with a cherry and orange peel as well.
If you are hesitant then don’t be. Just go for it because this place is worth it and worth the money!

Literally the finest quality ice cream, flash-churned to order using liquid nitrogen. It is amazing had the berry explosion! Blackberry/blueberry ice cream topped with berry whipped cream, shattered blackberries and fresh berries on top made it non-dairy( so many options!) Also tried the dreamsicle, vanilla ice cream(non-dairy) with fresh squeezed orange juice in it! Amazing! Try this place asap… A lot of flavors are seasonal.

When the line is out the door you know it’s gonna be good. Sure you might wonder “maybe they’re just slow”? And, yeah, their process of making each order by hand takes a little bit longer, but man it’s worth it.
Fun vibe of everyone that was there, neighborhood was cool too. Staff were hustling and bustling but they were all nice.
Choices vary and I think they mix it up. Plus they have liquor infused choices if you’re into that.

Such cool flavors! And they mix up the ice cream in front of you with their liquid nitrogen, and it makes the ice cream so smooth!
The Butter Pecan ice cream had SO many pecans!
The Sump Coffee ice cream was so rich and strong (no bitterness!), it almost tasted like there was some chocolate in it (there was not).
Some freaking good ice cream, so make the trip and don’t pass it by!
