The Tavern Kitchen & Bar

Every single time I visit this establishment I’m blown away by every aspect of it. Aside from the food always being superb, the specials are always unique, presentation is out of this world and the food selections are like no other, the atmosphere and service is always above and beyond. From the moment you walk in there is such a welcoming vibe. The bar area is warm, bar seating is a nice L shape with spacious seating as well as multiple tall top tables for dining. The actual dining room is quaint with views in to the food prep area which is actually so neat! Every member of the staff is welcoming, happy, helpful and knowledgable of all the menus offered. 10/10

My boyfriend and I had the BEST time! Louis, Amanda, and Nick are the most knowledgeable, kind, hard working restaurant staff we have ever encountered! They made our date night full of laughs and are the reason we will be back a million more times! The food was also AMAZING! My mouth is still watering from the edamame.

From the moment we stepped through the doors at The Tavern we were made to feel welcome. Our server Jason carried this vibe throughout our meal, and was absolutely wonderful, attentive and helpful but never pressuring (despite our indecision in selecting something because there were so many splendid choices). We settled on the Aracini, Caesar and spinach salads, a special featuring chicken, ahi tuna and filet, and sizzling wok veggies. Everything from wine to dessert was artfully prepared and presented. And, most importantly, delicious! My friend was having a birthday and this fact was warmly acknowledged (both literally and figuratively!). The Tavern hits all the right notes: an upscale venue with a delightful lack of pretension. We can’t wait to visit again!

The filet was expensive but very good. Maybe one of the best I've had in a long time. The cocktails were reasonably priced at 11 and 12.00 compared to many places now charging $14 - 15. The cocktails were also interesting and not cheap Sugary mixes. The creme brulee was good but a little plain. The sushi appetizer was fantastic, although $22. As one who is a stickler for atmosphere, I think the lighting was a little bright and the ceilings fairly tall so it did not provide a cozy feel as there were no booths or dividing areas. Nevertheless, it was a nice setting. Overall a very enjoyable meal but generally consider this a high-end fairly expensive meal.

This is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants. We made reservations for her birthday. Had a party of 5, only one ordered a drink and it was good. One appetizer, the Wontons. Everyone enjoyed them! Everyone said the food was delicious. One Chop, one steak, two chicken and I had the burger. It was Wagyu and loaded! Fantastic! I'm pretty picky most often just the burger and cheese. I ate this as it came only minus the pickles. Very Good Burger! My daughter got a free dessert and ordered the chocolate chip cookie. Tom Puto served us and did a great job with everything! Service was great! Food came out on time outstanding! The experience here was very nice, my daughter was delighted for her little close party. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It's not overpriced, but not inexpensive either. You get what you pay for. Compliments to the Chef! MVP approved for sure...

The drinks were a little lite. The food was excellent! The waiter was very personable and knowledgeable. The portions for the sushi were unbelievable. My only disappointment was the oven was broken and I could not get any carrot cake (the main reason for going) that night. The staff gave me a gift card for a future date for the carrot cake. I would recommend going for the food and ambience.
