Snarf's Mx Downtown

Came here while staying locally for a conference. This was my favorite place downtown. Definitely recommend the prime rib sandwich. Their condiments and pickles were especially good. Seems like such a basic thing but long cut pickles just hit different. Very solid selection overall and great fountain sodas to boot. 10/10 would reccomend.

Was pleasantly surprised! Saturday evening we went to the downtown Snarfs. It seemed like there was only one man and one woman running the entire place. I could tell they were extremely busy, but they handled it like professionals and were very friendly. They got my order, took care of the transaction, and before I knew it my food was ready.. and it did Not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

Our first trip to St. Louis and our hotel had a list of places to eat. They did not steer us wrong - the staff was friendly and helpful and the food is very good. They have a great variety of sandwiches and salads, serve a local brand of soft drinks called Excel which are very good - I did not miss my national name brand cola at all. Looking forward to coming back this city and eating here again.

Ordered there a couple of times and also ate in-house. Online ordering very reliable. Staff is mostly friendly. Prices reasonable and food ok. Vegan and vegetarian choices are rather limited - however the menu items are highly customizable. Recheck your online order: happened to me twice that I got different items than the ones I put into the basket - might be an IT bug. Interior more on the utility side of life...with packages and unused kitchen equipment stored in the guest room. Also, expect crazy people walking in from the street every now and then - taken care of by staff or security most of the time.

Not going to lie, Snarf's was much better than I expected for a first time visit. Yes the reviews are good but that doesn't always translate to your own experience. The food is good and you won't be disappointed or hungry. Macaroni salad was just a plus to my terrific Italian sandwich. Facility was a little lackluster and bland but the food shines through!

Great Sandwich shop. Food: tasty! I have had both the Italian a a breakfast sandwich. Loved both! The salt & vinegar chips were very tasty and unique! They also have gluten free and vegetarian options, if you’re into that sort of thing. I’m not. Service: friendly and proactive, even if they are backed up. Price: decent!
