Welcomed warmly at the door by Mike. It was like going over one of your favorite uncle's house for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their salad and meal. Bread was good dessert was excellent. The vanilla cannoli cake was great. Will be back!
Perfect for a bridal shower or small party. The service was amazing, everyone was helpful professional and courteous.
The food was delicious and served hot. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. They have a bar area you can order from there and watch a game or 2.

My mom chose this place to have my bridal shower. Everything was excellent! Their pricing was very reasonable (no admin or other fees) and the service was top notch! Nobody's glasses were ever empty! The manager, Mike, was so nice and handled everything great, checked in every so often to see if we needed anything or how things were going. The wait staff were all courteous and friendly, even joking around with some of the ladies. For food, my mom and I chose a salad (Cesar) and an appetizer (rigatoni a la vodka) then picked 6 entrees that our guests could then choose from to eat. They even accommodated anyone with food allergies or modifications to the entrees. Everyone kept saying how good the food was! We had 40 guests total (including myself) and we did not feel cramped in the private room at all.
The food was so good that we'll definitely be back for lunch or dinner! I believe some of my guests will revisit too since they had such a great experience at my shower.
Wonderful Bridal shower @ Villa Olivetti in St. James this past Sunday. The food was delicious, staff was over the top attentive and gracious. Have to say one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I’ll be back soon to share this gem with my family!
Favorite restaurant ever! My husband and I love love love this place. We went here for one of our first Valentine’s Day, during 2020 covid, right after we got engaged, our birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We recommend this place to all of our family and friends. My parents actually just went for the first time and absolutely LOVED it too. The service, people, and food are phenomenal. 10/10 experience every single time🥰

We booked my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner here and wanted to give it a try. WOW! Mauricio and Mike are great to talk with, very accommodating and seemingly determined to make sure you have a great experience.
But thier food! Amazing 😁. From salad, shrimp cocktail, entrees and desert... Everything was flavorful and so good!!

This is a great Italian restaurant. They are very accommodating and the atmosphere is welcoming. The food tastes amazing and one price menu is great. Definitely a great place to visit.

Had my Dad's 60th surprise party here and boy was he surprised! It was perfectly coordinated with the staff. The staff is absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond for their customers. The food is great also!
This place has great food and staff. Went for a party for my niece. My sister had reservations for a different place that cancelled on her last minute. I called and spoke with Mike and he was able to fit us in (22 People). They were so good to us and the service was above and beyond! Great Job! I will definitely be going back!
I went to a bridal shower there. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. When it came to dessert, they could have slapped a piece of cake on a plate, but they plated each slice beautifully with a drizzle of chocolate and a scoop of ice cream. I made sure to take a menu with me when I left.

Villa Olivetti is phenomenal! The entire staff is friendly, observant and always offer a delightful experience. The food is unbelievable and the prices are very affordable. They have great specials, and a huge variety of wines.
Everything was spectacular!! Food, drinks, service, atmosphere. Went on our anniversary got compted top shelf bourbon and two after dinner drinks because we don't drink coffee after 9am, which came with the meal. We definitely will be back and will bring friends and family!!! Thanks you for a lovely evening.
