I have always been impressed with the staff, except one time. The manager and associates are incredibly friendly. You can definitely tell the manager runs the place very thoroughly and efficient. Great location.

Friendly cashier gal but why is my matcha mostly ice & over the ice fill line? I got about 5 sips out of it. I have been loyal to this chain as a perks member for years but this has been happening at various locations too often. The 5 sips were good + the nice gal= 2 stars.

Caribou is pretty consistent between stores. The latte I had here was good. I've had better, but I've had a lot worse too.
