I believe staffed was flustered by an overly obnoxious group of 8 to 10 people, who obviously couldn't handle their liquor and stay classy. It ruined the ambiance of the evening for those seated around this party. The issues that stemmed from the beginning of their evening could have been handled better by management...nip it in the bud before it goes down hill... which the group took advantage of. Our soup took 45 mins and the entrees followed 20 mins after delivery of soup. The staff apologized for the delay...steak was outstanding:)

Absolutely the worst New Years Eve experience I have ever experienced at a restaurant! Our server appeared completely inexperienced! Very slow service! If you ordered a drink you might as well order two as it takes that long! It was not even busy! There were three dinners to choose from on the New Years Menu and they still managed to screw up our bill! ??? I ordered the chicken and it was soooo dry! We were going to Zanies after dinner but by the time we got out of this restaurant we ended up last in line and got horrible seats for the show. Disapointed to say the least!!!!

Pleasant employees with good service. Great appetizers and wine list. I ordered the Surf & Turf and the steak was cooked perfectly when ordered medium. Attended over Valentines Day Weekend and would do so again!

I phoned to check reservation availability. A man who sounded like the bug creature from the movie "Independence Day" answered and told me Harvest was "sold out". I said, "Meaning no one can walk in the restaurant tonight?". He answered "They are closed for a private event." Wow. If closing for an entire night is going to be part of a restaurant's repertoire, the management might want to post that information on the website so potential customers don't waste their time.

These people are trying to bat above their league. Extremely inconsistent dishes served to us on a recent visit ranged from the very good to the too salty to be edible. A kitchen that tries to reduce sauces and intensify flavor to this extreme is out of control and has a chef with a lead tongue.

I adore this restaurant very much. there is a very special atmosphere. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is dynamic and the crew is very professional. The cost is honest. profoundly recommend.

Not the best service we've ever had in our life..Had to get banquet Manager to help us 3 times because our server couldn't handle 2 tables..Hostess was no help when my wife complained.She said sorry but try us again..Then they advertised Steak and lobster but I received steak and 4 shrimp....All in All Food was Great....
